Only profit!
I stayed at this hotel 2 days and one night, with my mother-in-law, husband and sister.
My impressions are not specifically about the hotel, but about the Processing.
We had booked rooms with balconies and were given one without, telling us once we arrived that they had no free.
We escaped from the city to escape the heat, entered the room my husband begins to sweat, it was very hot, we kindly ask if you could have a fan, the answer was: I try to ask my brother and I let her know, never had an answer again, completely ignored!
When I get home I realize I left an item in the room, I call them, they tell me they found it and that they would save it for me.
Instead of having it sent to me, I decide to pick it up myself on a Sunday, so I can spend a few hours on the lake.
On the way I call them and warn that I was going to collect the object, too bad that the object is no longer found, gone!
We will let you know.... never heard from again!
So private room with balcony, we were given one without and did not even apologize, with the fan, also ignored, the object set aside, mysteriously disappeared and even here not even apologized.
I'm sorry, but that's not the way to treat customers.
We're never coming back!

Courtesy, helpfulness and kindness.... As well as great location.
The hotel is very well located.
It is equipped with two elevators which to those with walking problems like me is really a great thing.

The hotel may be getting old, but that can still be classified as nostalgia. The food is sub-par!
The furnishings were old, the bathroom tiny.
The food was bad though. We had booked half board.
The salads were unloving, the pasta in vegetables was just covered in a "mush". The fish with gravy (supposedly berry sauce with mint flavour) was ready and dry around the edges.
The breakfast had lots of cake, the white rolls were just air.
A choice of fatty bacon, pressed ham and old cheese slices. The coffee from the machine was undrinkable.
Never again!!
