A dream place in an Italian paradise.

We spent some beautiful days in Polignano. San Michele is a unique place, located in the middle of Cala Monachile, which can be seen from the room windows. The whole hotel is beautiful, with comfortable and lovely rooms. The best part was the service and the friendliness of its employees, who were always attentive to our needs. Even Maria and her husband—the hotel owners—are around the hotel at the service of the guests. Without a doubt, one of the best places to go to get to know beautiful Polignano a Mare. I hope we return soon!

✨✨✨An Absolut Dream

San Michele Suites is effortlessly charming. The location is spectacular, with pristine, beautifully scented suites that literally hover over the sea, offering breathtaking views. Everything was absolutely immaculate.
What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They managed to turn an already stunning trip into a complete fairytale.
A special, massive thank you to Valentine, who genuinely looked after us with an unmatched level of care. She picked us up outside the historic center where our driver left us, arranged an incredible boat tour in less than two hours, organized our port transfers, and gave us flawless restaurant recommendations. To top it off, she invited us for a fantastic aperitivo, and on our departure day, she not only walked us and our luggage back to our driver but also prepared a cinematic, picture-perfect breakfast to go.
We also must highlight the immense kindness of Nicole, Valerie, and the wonderful kitchen and housekeeping team. Everyone was incredibly attentive and warm.
Polignano a Mare is breathtaking, but the team at San Michele Suites made it unforgettable. Thank you so much for everything!

5-Star Stay in Polignano a Mare

Our stay at San Michele Suites in Polignano a Mare was nothing short of magical!
We had the pleasure of staying in their only large suite with a private terrace, offering absolutely stunning views of the ocean that took our breath away every single morning.
The included breakfast was incredible, with fresh, delicious options that set the perfect tone for each day. The rooftop appetizers and drinks were unexpected and a nice way to start the evening.
But what truly made this place five stars was the staff. Serena, Elena, Alessandro, Joanna and Sara went far beyond typical customer service. They were warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome and special throughout our entire stay. They remembered our names, helped us with our bags to and from the car, and even made reservations for us. Their personal touch turned a beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience.
We can’t wait to return very soon!

Dream Hotel Stay

My wife and I spent a memorable 4 nights at the San Michele Suite. The San Michele is a small boutique hotel (6 rooms) situated in a perfect location in the old City. The view from our room was unbelievable and the hotel staff was incredible. In over 50 years of travel we have never experienced better service.

The voice of the monachile

A truly very pleasant and well-kept property, the location is right in the historic center but in a quiet little alley; the breakfast is very good, of high quality, and meets all needs. The view from the La Monachile suite is truly spectacular, you can hear the lapping of the sea; what can I say about the staff, all very special people who take care of your well-being in an almost obsessive way, compliments to you all and thank you.
