Home from home
The B&B itself is absolutely stunning and surprisingly new and modern. Our room was furnished to a very high standard, and having a small kitchenette made it feel like a real home rather than a hotel. One of my favorite features was how our room opened onto a shaded patio and seating area set within a beautiful, quiet walled garden. Every corner of the public spaces is decorated with such a personal touch by the owner’s sister Federica, and starting each day in the sun-drenched solarium with fresh pastries and eggs cooked to order was a highlight of my recovery.
But the heart of this place is undoubtedly the hosts, Federico and his wife Christina. They are exceptional, compassionate people who went above and beyond to support my wife while she was traumatized by my condition. When I was finally released from the hospital and joined her there, I saw firsthand the genuine, heartfelt concern. Because we departed very early, Federico made us sandwiches for our voyage home. It is a wonderful base for visiting Pisa and the surrounding historical sites, but more than that, it is a retreat. We will definitely visit again, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Quiet and hospitable
The rooms are spacious and clean. Great breakfast, with great homemade cakes.
Convenient to the airport and close enough to the city centre.

a pleasant discovery
both for the modern, clean and functional structure (also equipped with internal parking) and that nothing has to envy to a 4-star hotel,
both for the kindness and professionalism of the owners, attentive to the needs of guests. Breakfast is varied and above all not obvious home made! I definitely recommend this super b&b to those who prefer tranquility, cleanliness and friendliness.

STAY TO REMEMBER
Federico the owner and all the staff are wonderful helpful people and do not make you miss anything. Everything well looked after in detail very clean with perfect services and breakfast. The place is in a great location to visit nearby towns and nearby you can dine in good food restaurants.
We can only say a big THANK YOU for making these days a beautiful memory.
