A weekend of wellness only

This weekend I spent a positive experience from all points of view, a cozy room cared for in all its aspects, a beautiful SPA with a well-kept pool with whirlpool, we had lunch and dinner very well with a service marked by an exquisite kindness, with excellent menus to ask for the encore and to end up all in the tavern dancing and then go to the walkway room that gives a touch of romantic and pleasant warmth, I really recommend it, also good snack at 5 pm served with
Sweets and sacker cake.

A SCHIFOOOOOO DON'T GOEEEE

DO NOT GOEEEEEEEE!!! Terrible!!!! When in a 4-star hotel you can not drink water because the bottle is dirty and the plate they bring you leaves a black halo on the tablecloth and the coffee is drinkable and the breakfast buffet dusty and the cold room (in January) with the bathroom bidet that did not even have my great-grandmother and the bathtub we do not talk about it ... the room sockets that are triggered when you turn on a hairdryer and the door handle with the knob and the key that not even a professional burglar can open and the windows without mosquito nets ... not even a hostel is so bad but let's move on to the services we should have had: closed skating rink closed unheated fireplace room! So we stayed in the room all evening. Finally we preferred to leave than spend 4 days of total depression, isolated from the world! And the most absurd thing that nobody asked us why we were leaving, they just wanted the money without asking us why we made this decision! Not even to convince us to stay maybe because they are aware of the crap service they offer! to avoid absolutely!!! The 4 stars they say they have are just an illusion

We just spent a pleasant weekend with other couples of friends. An oasis of true relaxation, between spa, good food and good air. A place where we return gladly for years, and has never disappointed us. Saying that we ate well is too simplistic, as is relaxing and enjoying the spa, and what about the regenerating massage service. A place to get back on your feet. Trying to believe

Deeply disappointing birthday celebration

We came here to celebrate a special birthday and were incredibly disappointed by the poor service. From the very start, the staff were inattentive and rushed. The worst part? Guests barely had a chance to eat.
Every time someone stood up to give a toast or speak with friends — which is expected at a birthday — their full plate was removed almost immediately. Most of us didn’t even get to finish one course, let alone enjoy the full meal. Plates were cleared far too quickly, often without asking, even if they were untouched.
Out of five or six courses, many guests only managed to try one or two. Everyone left feeling hungry and frankly shocked. Several people joked (but seriously) that they had to go home and cook dinner.
This wasn’t just disappointing — it was rude. A celebration turned into frustration. Definitely not the experience we had hoped for.
