Almost all good

I do not give my best for some problems we had (maybe we were "unlucky"): on arrival the remote opening did not work and we were opened the door of customers who from the terrace had seen our not being able to enter (we were on the phone with the owners who remotely tried to open the door ), arrived in the room the plug of the fridge sparkled and then the fridge went to alternate phases. The second night (among other things in a hot and muggy week) for unspecified reasons did not work the air conditioning remaining almost all night sleepless and seeking comfort with the customers of two other rooms who were in the same situation as us and were in the corridor nervous about what happened. The next morning the problem was solved. Let's move on to the positive notes: very comfortable and well arranged room with a nice bathroom and large shower; quite a rich breakfast with tart, donut, yogurt, juices, coffee (to be done standing, or sitting on the small terrace adjacent to the kitchenette or in the room). The real flagship and heritage of humanity is the housekeeper Loredana, exquisite person, delicious, nice, applause. The rooms are on the first floor so if you leave the windows open you risk hearing the rude cries of people late at night (being a stone's throw from the seafront), but once closed it's much better.

Comfortable stay

Our host Loredana was super! The place is spotless, well maintained, well located and very practical. We stayed for two nights over a weekend in April and were able to walk to the city center, seafront etc... all very close. Will certainly be back.

posto fantastico e la host Loredana meravigliosa, super accogliente e professionale!
La struttura è a pochissimi metri dal mare e a meno di un km dal centro di Pescara.
Ci ritornerei sicuramente!

Loredana ha reso il nostro soggiorno molto piacevole, e' stata di una gentilezza e disponibilità unica.

Soggiorno delizioso. Situato vicino al mare e a due passi dal centro.la stanza e' bella e pulita, il valore aggiunto è l'accoglienza e l'attenzione della signora Loredana.noi ci torneremo credo ad ottobre e lo consigliamo a chi si deve recare in questa bella città.
