One of the best.

The apartment is well looked after and spotlessly clean, and the manager is helpful and kind. It is located a few steps from the center and allows you to move around without using public transport. I highly recommend it for a comfortable holiday.

Excellent value/price, ultra-helpful reception

Inexpensive, good location, everything for a happy living and easy cooking.
Reception of Signa hotel is ready to answer your questions and help with information.
Minor drawbacks: the bad was a bit short for 1.85m human; a noisy bar outside at nights (but ok with closed windows).
If I ever visit Perugia again - I'll think about this place first.

"perfect for a longer stay near historic center"

We were very happy to stay for a longer period (almost a month) in the nice apartment, which had almost everything you need for everyday life. The small kitchen functions fine, we cooked our own meals, great! Small local suoermarket with evrything you need, food is expensive in Italy in general but sooo tasty and high quality It was winter, but the apartment is well heated, so no problem! Charming old building, beautifully restored, hotel and area has a lot of genuine perugian atmosphere. Owners and staff very friendly and helpful. Super!

Mario is the best communicator I have met in Italy!

When traveling, communication most important. Accommodations are next. Location is third and then price. I found all of this at the Residence of Hotel Signa. There is a lot of walking up and down im Perugia. But when I got back to my kitchenette, I really felt at home. When I needed anything Mario and staff made sure I got it. They all made me feel like family and paying for this stay was a pleasure. The best part is the way they accommodated my needs as an elder. I am ever grateful for their kind attention from the first email contact to checking out. Plus the taxi service is prompt, friendly, and worth the price.

Noisy

The noise in the newer part of the hotel is excessive. You can hear talking from neighbouring rooms and the plastic floor covering in the corridors makes every step loud and clattering. People speaking on Skype can be heard from adjacent rooms.
We started with a small apartment away from the hotel and had to pay the whole stay in cash because we weren't in the main hotel. We moved to the hotel after one night. Never again

Sir,
for first there are no a new and a main part of the hotel: there is HOTEL SIGNA and RESIDENCE SIGNA. Same property but different companies.
You booked with a web agency a studio ECONOMY apartment in RESIDENCE but we give you for free a new Comfort studio without extracharges. Consider that the most of our beautiful reviews had been written by guests of that flat!!
You had to pay by cash because Residence Signa doesn't have the bank-pos.
It was written on the web-site of the agency and I send to you an email before your arrival with all the information.
The second day, after your complaints (you complaint here about the noise from the street, not neighboring, there were unfortunately the party of Agricultural University in our street that night) I immediately move you, your friend and your luggage to a SUPERIOR ROOM WITH TERRACE in the hotel for the last 3-4 nights WITHOUT ANY EXTRA CHARGES. I also remove everything from the minibar to allow you to leave your drinks bought outside!!
It is really incredible how you didn't say anything about it, no appreciation for our kindness, our attention, our work!
It is increbile that you give 2/5 also at VALUE FOR MONEY when you received 2 free upgrades, paying for a Superior with terrace, less than an Economy room!
It is also incredible that you stayed in the past years ago in the hotel (totally satisfied in a room with terrace) but this time you booked in the residence by an agency.
"NEVER AGAIN" you say... I hope you didn't lie about it!
