The 3 Ps - from Padua and Potenza, to PERUGIA

Our family is distributed in different cities between north and south, so this year for Easter we gathered in Perugia. We chose to book this hotel having never been there before, but we can absolutely recommend it to everyone! The first thing that struck us was Michele's kindness and helpfulness already at the first phone call! Then definitely the centrality of the structure; very close in fact to the historic center of Perugia. Room spacious enough , very clean and for us.... also convenient to the breakfast room, so much so that 'dare' to get down in your pajamas! We could prolong it but the result would not change: vote 10! Book and you will agree! Greetings to all the fam.Pugliese from Paduans and Potentines! We are waiting for you at the Spa!

A little gem in the heart of Perugia.

I spent, with my wife, a couple of days in this small but lovely hotel in the center of Perugia, where we immediately found ourselves very well. It is a structure located in a historic building, managed by Mr. Michele (assisted by his family) who immediately turned out to be professional, friendly and very helpful. I found small but well-kept rooms, warm and hospitable. Pleasant our room, no. 62, not large but quiet and equipped with everything you need. Definitely to be recommended.

Central hotel family run with warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Good small family-run hotel in heart of historic Perugia.
Rooms were basic but comfortable and clean. Some rooms are upstairs (no lift), so beware if you have issues with stairs and ask for ground floor rooms.
There was air con but it was switched off as it’s September, so for me it was a bit hot at night. But I think that’s common in some parts of Italy.
Breakfast is basic continental but sufficient for me.
Very welcoming hosts, family run with a very traditional Italian feel.

Two days in Perugia.

Family-run hotel in the center. We stayed in a very nice triple room. The owners are very helpful and really sunny people, they made us feel at home, giving us several tips on how to get around and where to go. Recommended!
