Very beautiful hotel in the center of Parma
The room is very spacious and comfortable, nothing to complain about.
The bathroom had a bathtub; we would have preferred a shower, but everything was clean and perfect.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant,
Impeccable service and delicious meal.
Just one small problem, the air conditioning was too cold.

We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our warm welcome, beautiful lobby, and spacious, comfortable room. It is also fantastic to know that your dining experience at our restaurant was flawless, with delicious food and impeccable service.
We appreciate your note regarding the bathtub preference; while our rooms feature various layouts, our team is always happy to assist with specific preferences based on availability. We also apologize for the air conditioning feeling a bit too cold. Your comfort is very important to us, and our front desk is available 24/7 to help adjust room temperatures whenever needed.
It was a true pleasure hosting you at Starhotels Du Parc, and we look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Parma!
Warm regards,

Average
The cons: outside the city center in a neighborhood that is not the nicest in Parma. Poorly soundproofed, we felt like we were sleeping in our neighbors' room. Leaking faucet.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your stay with us.
We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our spacious accommodations, comfortable bedding, and overall style!
At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced regarding noise and the issue with the plumbing. Your comments have been shared directly with our maintenance team to address the tap immediately and look into room soundproofing improvements. Regarding our location, while we are situated just a short walk from the historic center through the neighboring park, we understand that neighborhood preferences vary.
We appreciate your honest input as it helps us improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a better experience in the future.
Warm regards,
The Front Office Team
