Novotel Parma Centro: a stay worthy of a great event.
The location of the property is one of its main strengths: a few steps from the train station and the heart of the city, it allows you to easily reach the Teatro Farnese, the Teatro Regio, the Parco Ducale, and the main monumental beauties of Parma.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with great cordiality. I would like to give special praise to the young receptionist who assisted me during my stay: professional, smiling, helpful, and always ready to satisfy every request with competence and kindness. A welcome that truly makes you feel like a guest and not just a customer.
The rooms are modern, elegant, quiet, and well-cared for down to the smallest detail. Impeccable cleanliness is perceived everywhere, both in private rooms and in common areas, a sign of careful management and high quality standards.
Breakfast is one of the hotel's points of excellence: a rich, varied, and high-quality buffet, with a wide choice of sweet and savory products, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, bread, croissants, and excellent coffee. A perfect way to start the day.
I also greatly appreciated the wellness area. The outdoor pool, perfectly clean and well-maintained, represents an oasis of relaxation in the heart of the city, while the sauna offers an elegant and relaxing environment, ideal for regenerating after an intense day of institutional meetings or cultural visits.
The Novotel Parma Centro confirms itself as a facility capable of combining efficiency, quality of service, and an authentic culture of hospitality. A hotel that I recommend without any hesitation to anyone choosing Parma for work or pleasure.
For me, it was the ideal place from which to experience two extraordinary days dedicated to the Spaggiari Group Centenary, breathing in the atmosphere of a city rich in history, culture, and beauty.

Great location and very clean, but breakfast was disappointing
We had a small issue with parking, but a manager wearing earrings was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist us. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name, but I would like to thank him — he was very kind and really helped us sort out the parking.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was disappointing. We arrived quite late in the evening and wanted to get some extra sleep in the morning, but breakfast finishes at exactly 10:00 am. And at 10:00 sharp, everything is closed — even the coffee machine is switched off. It felt a little too strict, especially for guests arriving late at night.
There were also no shower caps, cotton pads or cotton buds in the room. We had to ask separately for slippers.
Overall, the hotel is clean and well located, and we really appreciated the helpful staff. However, the breakfast hours and the lack of some basic bathroom amenities could definitely be improved.
