Primo ostuni hotel a great place to stay
As we arrive s to the hotel, we immediately were received by Leonardo helped us with our luggage from the parking lot.
Claudia was in the front office making eye contact either a big smile.
Promptly we were helped to our lovely room, it has an excellent view of the city and the ocean.
All staff starting with Claudia and Leonardo, as well as Cristian, Valerio, Antonieta and all cleaning and service staff always wishing us a lovely morning, day and evening's and helped us either our Italian.
Leo and Cksudus grief us with reservations and any of our needs while we stayed in Ostuni.
The breakfast good is extraordinary with a good variety and the rooms lovely and very very clean.
If you ever go to Ostuni, the hotel staff will be of great help. We highly recommend to stay on this hotel. It is very centric.

Ticks all the boxes.
This modern hotel is very well located, being no more than 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Our room was large and very comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. One of the highlights of our stay were the hotel's breakfast offering. Not a large buffet, but more than enough to get your day off on the right note. The hotel has a bar, but a bit pricey. We found it much better to go into the town's central plaza for drinks. The hotel is set up to cater for disabled people.

Fantastic stay
A hotel of the highest level. Spacious and perfectly furnished rooms. Wonderful view of the sea and the city. A 2-minute walk from the historic center.
A special mention for the always attentive, courteous, and helpful staff, as well as the room attendants, who are absolutely efficient, kind, and available.
Absolutely complete breakfast. Free private parking 300 meters from the hotel.

Exceptional people, beautiful accommodation, perfect location!
Our stay at Primo Ostuni was absolutely exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations.
The location is perfect – just a short walk to the heart of the beautiful historic centre, making it easy to explore everything Ostuni has to offer. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, impeccably clean, and has fantastic facilities that made our stay incredibly comfortable.
What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the incredible staff. From the moment we walked through the door, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and friendliness. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. They took the time to recommend the best places to visit, shared local tips, and even arranged a reservation for us at a beautiful restaurant for dinner, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
A very special thank you to Claudia and Leonardo, who made our stay even more memorable with their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They are wonderful ambassadors for Primo Ostuni and made us feel more like welcomed guests than visitors.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend Primo Ostuni to anyone visiting this beautiful city. We can’t wait to return!

If you plan any upcoming stay at Ostuni, don’t think twice go to this place. All excellent, from very nice room to delicious breakfast and overall the very helpful staff. We’ll definitely be back.
