Fabulous experience
Highly recommended.
Total relaxation with my husband and my daughter; we ate very well, comfortable and very clean room. Excellent welcome and dining room staff helpful and attentive, a special round of applause to young Fabio who pampered us during all our dinners.

Nice location.. the rest is standard!!
Certainly, nothing can be said about the exterior and location, nice atmosphere, bright, and nice pools (even if we never went there).
Super breakfast, many options, both sweet and savory. Being lactose intolerant, I also found it good with the possibility of vegan croissants, plant-based drinks, pizza, etc. As for the room, however, it does not deserve 4 stars in my opinion. We had the smart room (the small one), a really small bathroom, but you adapt, this wasn't a problem..too bad that we were then disturbed by ants (really too many). I explained the problem, but I would have liked to be taken more seriously and perhaps receive an apology first and then alternatives or at least solutions.
(I saw that there were workers there to disinfect, the problem was that we were then invaded by dead and dazed ants on the floor).
Overall, I rate the stay positively, but for the room and the service I would give 3 stars!

Relax in Salento
Very well-kept, private, and discreet place a few minutes by car from the center of Porto Cesareo. Quality breakfast and dinner with different dishes. The real strong point is the people who work there, or rather the people who pampered and spoiled us…. A special round of applause goes to Alessandro and Veronica, who were as professional as they were empathetic and attentive, reserving a thousand attentions for us!! See you soon…

A corner of Salento where you can feel at home
We had a truly pleasant stay and felt at home from the moment we arrived. All the staff proved to be always available and professional. We ate very well: the dishes were excellent, well-prepared, and made with care. A special thanks to the waiters Veronica, Silvia, and Alessandro, who with their kindness, availability, and smiles made every meal even more pleasant. A thank you also to the reception staff, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to help us with any need. It was a truly positive experience. Thanks to the beauty of Salento and your hospitality, we will take with us a wonderful memory of this land.

Horrible hotel & staff. AVOID!!!
The worst experience at this hotel and trust me the proof is in the pictures. On September 18, 2023, I booked my hotel stay in Puglia for 4 nights at Villa Hermosa Hotel. Before booking, I made sure to check all reviews for this hotel. Everything seemed great, the pictures on booking and the reviews seemed promising as well. I booked a standard room with 1 queen bed for my fiancé and me. Long story short, my fiancé and I made our way to our hotel for early check-in. We were both very anxious to finally check in and settle down at our hotel. As soon as we walked into our room, we couldn’t help but notice a tiny, old, and filthy room.
Let’s just say that the pictures, services, and amenities that were described by booking, did not match upon our arrival at Hotel Villa Hermosa. Our AC did not work, the room was hot and humid, and the sheets were wet from the humidity. The room was very dirty, there was rust everywhere in the bathroom, our safe did not work, and was not bolted to the wall. The hotel staff knew the issues we had with our room and didn’t bother to come fix it for us. We took a tour of the hotel and couldn't believe how dirty, depressing, and old the pool area looked. The pool was yellow, the hot tub was even worse. To top it off, the hotel manager told us if we needed to use the pool, we had to use a shower cap at all times. It’s clear to say that the pool area was not at all as advertised on booking.com. I felt like I was lied to when I paid for my 4-night stay at this hotel. There was a random stain of blood on the sheets, the comforter was ripped. The bathroom was a disaster, there was rust in the shower, cracks, and hair in the sink. Not to mention, we had no hot water while showering. The chair in the hotel room was falling apart. The rack to hang wet bathing suits was falling off the wall outside of the hotel room. The walls were old and stained. It was not at all what we both expected. We were disappointed beyond measure and wanted to change rooms immediately. It was not at all what we both expected. The hotel staff mentioned that they were fully booked and couldn’t do anything for us. The hotel staff was rude.

He didn’t seem to have a care in the world about our concern. When we got to the front desk the following morning, we told Lucia that we couldn’t stay at the hotel because of all the reasons I listed in this review, and she was so aggressive, not understanding, and rude. She started to get mad at us and didn’t want to listen to why we didn’t want to stay. She didn’t try and resolve anything with us or accommodate us. She didn’t try to change our rooms either. She told us to deal with booking.com, as that is who I booked the hotel with. I had to book another hotel room for the following day, and it was very expensive. I had to spend more money, which was completely inconvenient and unacceptable.
To whomever is reading this and is considering booking this hotel, please look at the pictures and reconsider. Puglia is beautiful but try and find a better place to stay during your holiday!

Rispondere a delle accuse infondate è a delle menzogne, probabilmente è tempo perso, ma per onestà personale ed intellettuale devo farlo. Punto primo, Lucia ha una valanga di recensioni positive ed è una bravissima professionista e non è la direttrice. La vostra prenotazione, per risparmiare, è stata di una camera ECONOMY, che è certamente più piccola. In tutta la stagione appena Trascorsa, chi ha voluto camere più grandi, ha chiesto e ottenuto, cosa che voi non avete voluto fare, nonostante Lucia vi abbia proposto un cambio camera. I capelli del lavandino, non sono altro che piccolissimi cedimenti della porcellana. Non siete stati presenti a cena e a colazione. La Puglia è bellissima ed è popolata da gente e da professionisti Seri e preparati. Potrei continuare a puntualizzare le vostre fandonie, ma mi limito a non augurare a nessuno dei colleghi di ospitarvi: siete persone dalle quali bisogna stare lontani. Bugiardi, falsi, scostanti, persone che scrivono solo per infangare una stupenda stagione e che non meritano ulteriori commenti.
