A gem in the heart of the city
What a lovely set-up they have!
The Inn is situated within an apartment on the second floor of an historic building - behind a secure door. Our room was spacious, clean and well-maintained. For an old building, the water pressure was perfect - showers were great - just as well as there was a bit of heatwave in Naples, last week. There's a decent sized smart TV, very good air conditioning, insect screens on the windows and a separate bathroom and shower. The mini bar contained water and prosecco. The beds and pillows (as I am fussy and need a house brick) were really comfortable, I can't believe how well we slept as there was no noise coming from the street. The whole apartment was tastefully decorated. Breakfast is served in a cafe, run by a lovely couple, a few feet away from the entrance to the building.
There was an issue with the shower head on the diverter, I mentioned it to them on WhatsApp (as they'd contact me about arrival time, etc.) and they changed the head straight away - perfect service. In addition, I really appreciated the replenishment of toiletries and toilet roll the day before we checked-out. Most hotels don't bother doing this - so it really made an impression.
The only fault I have is that there is no lift in the building - which is no fault of the Inn, it's just the way with some of these older buildings. Having said that, Gennaro met us downstairs, when we arrived, and carried both our suitcases (at the same time!) up to the Inn - I bet he regretted it, but that was a huge help. Also, Sandro kindly ordered our taxi back to the airport, for which we were very grateful.
Gennaro and Sandro are perfect hosts. We had a wonderful stay here - and will return if we are in Naples, again. Recommended.

There is a lot of steps to get up to the hotel, worth considering if you have a lot of luggage although the man on reception did say he would have carried them for us.
I can’t fault this hotel at all, and would recommend.

It’s okay
No staff to help you need to figure out everything on your own !
But the place is clean and well located to attraction
