B&b located in a convenient location to everything. Very old building and not maintained.Rooms on the third floor with elevator (€0.10 per trip ), during working hours.Free evening and holidays. Clean room, disastrous French window panes. Including breakfast but, in the bar outside the structure (about 200 meters from the building) where you can consume a hot drink and a brioche of your choice. ( Dear bartenders). Good reception on arrival, then very poor communication limited to some whatsapp exchange. She didn't answer her phone at checkout.

Fantastic location

This property is in an ancient palace on the main Toledo street. It is less than 100 meters from the Dante Metro stop. Anna extremely available and very kind, communicated the 'time of our arrival came to welcome us by contacting us, in the square a few meters from the' subway exit. The property is conveniently located, directly on Via Toledo allows you to access Spaccanapoli , Spanish Quarters , Piazza del Plebiscito by foot without particular problems. It is located on the third floor of this ancient palace like all those found in Naples, as such it has its strengths and weaknesses. There is an elevator that leads to the floors, based on the presence of the concierge or not, you pay a very small fee in cents for use. The property is clean and the rooms are very spacious. We had a great time, we understand the difficulty of being in ancient buildings where you have to keep everything as it is. Only suggestion, towel change and daily cleaning instead of every 2 days.

In the heart of Naples

Central location, spacious room with balcony in Via Toledo, minimal but very functional furnishings, common area and clean rooms. Good Welcoming, thank you!

Nice city, nice B&B

Everything nice from the location to the cleanliness , the kindness and warm Welcoming of the owner was not the first time we were hosted at this property, and we will definitely be back. The convenience of being able to leave luggage guarded until the evening is a point definitely in favor in the end is true the motto that says "See Naples and then... Come back"

Beautiful Naples very communicative people.

Everything perfect cozy, clean rooms, great location just central area where to start the visit of Naples plus you eat well pizza and more.
