Terrible
Property kept in very poor condition
Dirty pool and grass full of papers and cigarette butts, bar lacking almost everything...they only had two ice creams whose origin was Eurospin (given what was written on the wrapper...Dolciando brand).
At lunch, the food was very, very poor and meager, and when we asked the owner for an explanation, she spoke in a very rude manner, saying that for what we had paid, that was it.
Not to mention the sanitary conditions, which were nonexistent, to say the least, since we saw the person who was at the pool bar near the stove later...I strongly advise against this property...stay away.

Disappointing experience
Unfortunately, our experience at the Donna Teresa facility in Mottola was anything but positive. The quality of the food did not satisfy us: the meals were poorly prepared and, overall, not up to expectations.
The hospitality also left us very disappointed: we encountered little availability and a welcome that did not seem particularly attentive to guests.
Added to this is a lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene, an aspect that we consider fundamental in an accommodation facility.
The outdoor area and pool service also disappointed us: most of the sun loungers and umbrellas were broken or otherwise in poor condition, making the stay unpleasant and uncomfortable.
Overall, therefore, it was a negative experience and we do not feel like recommending this property. We definitely expected a better level of hospitality, cleanliness, and services.

Some things are not okay.
The pool area is infested with swarms of bees. Everywhere. Relaxing is a mirage. I invite the property to take action (given the numerous reviews left by other users, which I confirm). With children, it becomes too risky. I emphasize that it is not 2-3 bees buzzing around. But swarms.
Questionable breakfast setup. We were not asked if we had any allergies or issues with any food. We were provided with one plate each and that was it! I would suggest some improvements, perhaps offering more choices.
