Excellent Welcoming
I had a sudden work engagement while traveling and needed a stable connection for an online meeting.
The owner, very kind, welcomed me and offered his Wi-Fi. Despite the closed restaurant he fed me a plate of cheeses and cold cuts.

Wasps
Great potential because there is a lot of countryside space that is often well-kept. Trulli fairly well-kept except for some details (e.g., old fridge, 90s bathroom not renovated). Restaurant service not active (in July). Pool small compared to the number of places made available. The real inconvenience was the WASPS in the pool and everywhere in the pool area. Many, too many. 2 children stung in the 2 hours (even less) that I managed to stay in the pool area. The owner simply replied that since the water is brackish it attracts wasps. Inconceivable for an accommodation facility where there are children. There are 1000 ways to solve this problem. There were so many wasps even if I stayed in the tree area (the only place where there was shade), I couldn't even lie down for a minute because I was busy escaping the wasps. At a certain point they came even if you were in a central position inside the pool.

Structure to be closed and avoided
I state that I do not like to leave negative reviews and, if I think that a stay did not satisfy me, I prefer not to leave any reviews, but here the limit has been crossed. I booked this property based on the photos and reviews I saw. Unfortunately I do not understand how this property has such positive reviews when there is almost nothing positive. The photos are unrealistic, they are totally misleading and illusory. In reality the structure was dilapidated, with outdoor spaces not cared for at all, the pool closed with stagnant water and with various materials accumulated in the surroundings.
The whole structure looked like a construction site and therefore was not cozy. It can not even be called a farm as the food service was not active. Poor and poor breakfast. At the booking they send you a message with "services and activities" proposed by the structure but in reality there is no service and no activity. The room was not spotless and the insects crushed on the ground (whose presence is also expected as we are in the countryside) could at least be removed. The bathroom of the room tiny and old, totally in need of renovation!
The shower was leaking water so it flooded the entire bathroom and the entrance to the room.
The exaggerated price for the quality of the room and the stay (and we were also asked for a supplement of 10 euros for our little dog, definitely cleaner than the bugs crushed on the floor!)
In conclusion: a structure with potential but totally arranged and left to itself that would need to be closed temporarily to make it adequate as an accommodation facility (because currently it is not!).

Handsome
The B&B is part of a farmhouse, which offers some specialties produced on the farm. The complex is located 10 minutes by road from Alberobello, is located on a hill that overlooks the surrounding plateau and is well structured with a building with rooms (which are practically apartments, consisting of a dining area and equipped kitchen, double bed and two bunk beds, with a large toilet (I would recommend improving the ventilation, as the window is a little small), all with a small private garden area) and the breakfast room created from old stables made of stone with a common space. This main building is close to the trullo that characterizes the structure. There are large outdoor areas and a large covered lounge immediately behind the beautiful large swimming pool. Breakfast must be ordered using a format (good for limiting waste), but the choice is not very wide. Possibility, of course, of parking in the area.

The photos on booking.com do not correspond to reality at all. When we arrived there we canceled this reservation.
