2023 September experience: bad.
(+) It was a relatively big flat which we stayed.
(+) there were two balconies
(-) there were no equipment to hang seimsuits, towels etc.
(-)There was only one mosquito repellent. The host did not provide us with more though we asked.
(-) we need to buy mosquito repellent, and soap! The soaps were not renewed during our stay!
(-) The property was not prepared for our stay. There were rubbish from previous stays.
(-) overall it was not a clean place. There was a lady who was coming to the room but after her you could see the dirt staying where it was!
(-) There was a spider web on the ceiling, silverfish (bugs) visited my room at nights.
(+) the location is good. Not in the old city but it is close to city square. It was a lively district, close to historic centre and close to many restaurants, supermarkets, shops.
(-) it was noisy also during the night.

Great location, nice interior.
to the sea and the old city as much.
Clean, stylish hotel. Nice balcony in the room. Big bathroom.
Safe. Elevator. Air conditioning.
The fridge. Everything worked well.
Loved the fact that the room had wine glasses and thin glass water. The occupancy went well, no problem. I was expected. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.
