To be done again

Relaxing and beautiful place. Very kind owners and available for everything. Excellent Campanian cuisine, relaxing pool and very clean water. Impeccable room service, beautiful room view. An experience to repeat for sure.

Terrible experience, the rooms are tiny, bathroom fixtures that move, a shower that you can't even fit into, it's tiny, poor breakfast, poor food, staff that is missing, not to mention the dirty pool, the lifeguard lying down sunbathing, plants that stink, well what can I say, I do not recommend it

Tranquility.

Hotel located halfway up a hill, ideal for relaxing for a weekend, family atmosphere, very simple but comfortable rooms, clean, managers are truly courteous, breakfast a bit meager, nice pool with the possibility of having lunch on-site with covered tables.

The overall state of the hotel is not only disappointing but downright unsafe. This is far below the living standards…

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. What was meant to be a relaxing visit quickly turned into an absolute nightmare due to the deplorable conditions and unacceptable safety hazards present throughout the property.
Upon arrival, I was greeted with a sweltering reception area that had no functioning air conditioning – an immediate red flag. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room was switched off at check-in, leaving it unbearably hot and uncomfortable.
The condition of the room itself was beyond unacceptable. The toilet literally detached from the wall, causing a temporary flooding situation. The mattress was in such deplorable condition that it was impossible to get a decent night’s sleep.
The deck area was littered with construction debris, creating a dangerous environment – especially concerning since I was traveling with my 8-year-old child. The elevator was unbearably hot and agonizingly slow, adding yet another level of frustration to our stay.
The pool area was a disgrace. Construction debris was scattered everywhere, the amenities were in shambles, and the pool bathrooms were filthy with trash strewn around. The pool walkways were slick and green with algae, making them both unsightly and hazardous.

Three days spent in tranquility and cleanliness.
Very familiar and welcoming staff, especially very helpful in satisfying customer requests.
Cleaning and sanitizing super.
A magical experience to be redone as soon as possible.
