Great Milan option
Lovely hotel, 800m from train station and on a side road so was quieter and felt like in a more residential area. Lovely bar across the road, supermarket and restaurants within metres. hotel staff extremely friendly, room large and clean. Lovely we could store our luggage for free whilst we went to the lakes.

Milano hotel stay
Location was in a run down place in Milan, Italy but overall the stay was alright. Atmosphere at of the location was okay but not my favorite places to stay while on vacationing. The room was very small but the beds was comfortable but the shower was very small but I guess that how Euro showers are compare to USA.
Value to the hotel wasnt great as they charge you per person which I found very odd and they also added extra charges which really didnt make my family stay any pleasant to keep adding more to the bill. What can we do as tourist? Really nothing but accept that how it is in Europe.
Cleaniess was good and nothing to complain about that overall the staff was fine and stay was average to me and the family.

Regarding the room and shower sizes, they do tend to follow European standards, which are often more compact compared to the United States, but we always try to maximize comfort within the design.
We are, however, sorry to hear that the pricing policy felt unpleasant for your family. To shed some light on this, in Europe it is standard practice for hotel rates to vary based on the number of guests in the room to cover local hospitality costs. Additionally, the extra fees you noticed on the bill are typically the mandatory local tourist tax (Tassa di Soggiorno) required by the City of Milan for every visitor, which hotels are legally obligated to collect on behalf of the municipality.

Clean and practical hotel.
Nice, very clean room with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The hotel is not located in the city center, but it is well connected (near Centrale Station, about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro station). Friendly staff and very good breakfast. A fair price for local conditions.

WE REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME!!!
We really had a great time!!!!
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during the first of May weekend.
We greatly appreciated the attention to sustainability. Among the various things we enjoyed, it was very nice to find a glass bottle containing water in the minibar! A plus was also the corridor lights that only turn on when needed, unlike other hotels where they remain permanently on day and night!!!
We also greatly appreciated the courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the very convenient location near the train station and the yellow metro stop, which allows you to reach downtown in no time.
The proximity to the San Mina pizzeria restaurant (literally just a couple of steps from the hotel) was also very convenient, where we ate very well for 2 consecutive nights.

Great hotel if you make a trip to Milano!
It was very nice there, we spent two nights and were welcomed directly nice. The breakfast was really good and the room clean and chic. The bathroom was also clean and modern.
The hotel is also not too far away from the train station and center.
