Super endroit pour rester!
L'hôtel était facile de 15 à 20 minutes à pied de la gare et situé dans une rue calme. Notre chambre était au 3 ème étage et était impeccablement propre, la douche était excellente et la salle de bain était bien aménagée. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel qui était extrêmement bon avec de la nourriture et des boissons de haute qualité.

Séjour à l'hôtel Milano
L'emplacement était dans un endroit délabré à Milan, en Italie, mais dans l'ensemble, le séjour était correct. L'atmosphère de l'endroit était correcte, mais ce n'était pas mes endroits préférés pour séjourner pendant les vacances. La chambre était très petite, mais les lits étaient confortables, et la douche était très petite, mais je suppose que c'est ainsi que sont les douches en Europe par rapport aux États-Unis.
Le rapport qualité-prix de l'hôtel n'était pas excellent car ils facturent par personne, ce que j'ai trouvé très étrange, et ils ont également ajouté des frais supplémentaires, ce qui n'a vraiment pas rendu le séjour de ma famille agréable en ajoutant encore plus à la facture. Que pouvons-nous faire en tant que touristes ? Vraiment rien, si ce n'est accepter que c'est ainsi en Europe.
La propreté était bonne et rien à redire à ce sujet, dans l'ensemble, le personnel était correct et le séjour était moyen pour moi et ma famille.

Regarding the room and shower sizes, they do tend to follow European standards, which are often more compact compared to the United States, but we always try to maximize comfort within the design.
We are, however, sorry to hear that the pricing policy felt unpleasant for your family. To shed some light on this, in Europe it is standard practice for hotel rates to vary based on the number of guests in the room to cover local hospitality costs. Additionally, the extra fees you noticed on the bill are typically the mandatory local tourist tax (Tassa di Soggiorno) required by the City of Milan for every visitor, which hotels are legally obligated to collect on behalf of the municipality.

Pratique et sympathique
L'hôtel est idéalement situé à environ 10 - 15 minutes à pied de la gare centrale de Milan. Le personnel de la réception était très sympathique et le petit déjeuner froid inclus était le bienvenu.
Notre chambre twin était situé au dernier étage juste à côté de l'ascenseur qui m'a fait craindre le bruit cependant, je n'ai pas entendu l'ascenseur, bien qu'il y avait une odeur de toilette dans la chambre qui était là toute la durée. La chambre était simple et propre, mais il faisait trop chaud; c'était la mauvaise période de l'année pour l'air de refroidissement - con de fonctionner. Dormir avec une fenêtre ouverte n'était pas une option en raison du bruit de la rue.
Dans l'ensemble, notre séjour a été bon mais je choisirai un établissement différent la prochaine fois.

Regarding the room temperature, as a property proudly holding the EU Ecolabel certification, we must adhere to specific European and Italian regulations regarding the seasonal transition between heating and cooling systems. During "shoulder seasons," this can unfortunately lead to some discomfort on unusually warm days, and we are sorry we couldn't provide the thermal comfort you desired.
Regarding the odor you mentioned, we have already alerted our maintenance team to perform an immediate inspection of the top-floor room to identify and resolve any technical issues with the drainage system.
We truly hope you will give us another opportunity in the future. We would love to welcome you back so you can experience our newly designed garden, created specifically to offer a peaceful, green oasis in the heart of Milan.

Endroit parfait pour séjourner à Milan
Quel hôtel sympathique, propre, calme et confortable! Grande chambre avec de grandes fenêtres, d'excellentes nuances occultantes, un lit confortable et la meilleure douche jamais vue. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup de variété et des produits de très haute qualité. Pas de self - servir machine à café - le personnel merveilleux fait tout ce que vous voulez boire. Le personnel dans tout l'hôtel était très sympathique, gentil et serviable. L'emplacement est parfait - seulement 10 à 15 minutes à pied de la gare centrale. De plus, la réception est manent 24/7. Que demander de plus ? Nous y retournerions certainement et nous le recommanderons sans hésiter. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour! !
