Modern, Bright & Very Clean Place

While visiting Messina, us 3 couples stayed 1 night at this place. Don't be fooled by the street to get there because in the evening it doesn't look like a safe place to wander alone. However the nearby area is very nice facing the green hills and some houses. The rooms are on one level near the lift. In all there are 3 rooms with private bathroom and a common kitchenette. The décor is very modern, all bathroom towels and sheets were very clean and they smelled really fresh. There is also the parking next to this place and the breakfast consisted of fresh croissants. The only downfall was that you have to drive to eat breakfast since it is provided at the nearest cafeteria which is 5 mins (drive) away. The owner was really friendly and nice to us! The room that hosted us made 0aete of a structure divided into three rooms with private bathroom and office. The structure is located in condomino.E'stara chosen for the convenience of the internal parking. The room was clean. Access the apartment with private code. The rooms open with a key. Our room is equipped with air conditioning with ignition by means of a key. Breakfast is not included in the price, possibly the service is offered to be enjoyed at a bar affiliated with the guest. The towels smelled of moisture. The room needed a paint job and a replacement of the applique and overhaul of the shower doors and shower phone hose. Cozy lady, but not prepared for a trivial request like providing a bottle of water. The single bed was located near the front door (uncomfortable-it would be appropriate to lower the price of the third bed significantly) , and was also placed only on one side of the wall and without shelter feet and head: during sleep the pillows fell to the ground. There was also a lack of a desk and chair. The relationship of the services offered and the quality of the structure with the price is unbalanced compared to what we paid.

B&b nuovissimo, camere accoglienti pulite con ogni comfort , climatizzatore, TV bagno con doccia grande , ampio spazio di parcheggio custodito propietario cordiale eccellente veramente da ritornarci sicuro

UNA NOTTE IN PARADISO

Col prezzo richiesto non ci si poteva aspettare di piú.. Stanze modernissime con tv, frigo, condizionatore e tanta tecnologia all'interno della struttura.. Posto auto all'interno del cortile.. Soltanto un pò stretti i posti auto..

Ottima struttura,camera molto spaziosa e confortevole. I proprietari persone gentilissime. La colazione viene servita in un bar e i gestori sono molto gentili ti fanno sentire a casa. I cornetti al cioccolato sono il massimo!!!Se andate a Messina scegliete il b&b Sikania resterete soddisfatti!
