Very Disappointing
Hotel wouldn’t accept my booking was for what I paid for and basically did nothing, but call me a liar, despite Booking.com contacting them. They refused to accept what I had booked and said I was in a suite . Laughable.
As for the hotel, it’s ok, clean enough and good location but that’s it. I’ve had to carry round all my valuables, such as jewellery, passports and cash as there’s no safety deposit box as promised. Only here 2 nights, thankfully, but no room makeup, ran out of coffee day one in the room, having to buy our own toilet paper now as less than half a role left when we arrived.
It has really spoilt our break in such a neat place.
Book it and take your chances, customer service sucks and no one to speak to when it goes wrong, just a messaging service.
Save your money and go elsewhere.

Family with super satisfied children
Very spacious room, with a giant and comfortable double bed.
Spacious bathroom with double sink and shower.
Large wardrobes, TV, air conditioning, fridge and very nice coffee corner. Bright and well furnished.
All very clean and accurate.
The owner greeted us and was very kind and helpful to check in after hours, settle on this need.
A super triple. Nearby car parks

Excellent accommodation in central Lucca for a great price!
Excellent location. I contacted the owner prior to our arrival and confirmed our arrival time (11:30). We were able to check in straight away and he confirmed where the best public (free) parking was. This was about a 15 minute walk away from the accommodation.
It’s a simple accommodation and not a hotel so don’t be expecting breakfast, a bar, full time reception etc the price reflects these kind of extras. However, if you want a comfortable, clean (large!!) room which is very central for a very reasonable price then this is for you. Otherwise you should look for something more luxurious, pay more (!!) and don’t complain afterwards.
