Very convenient accommodation in the center of Lipari. I recommend it!

The 'Enzo Il Negro' guesthouse is located on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, right in the center of Lipari and a very short distance from the Piazza di Marina Corta. Its location makes the property truly strategic not only for enjoying the beautiful historic center of Lipari, but also for going to the beach at Porto delle Genti or for having bars, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets at your disposal. Everything is extraordinarily close to the property.
I booked a double room for single use through Expedia, with the help of a travel agency, and I got a well-air-conditioned room, equipped with a refrigerator for personal use, a balcony with clothespins for hanging up wet swimsuits and towels, a comfortable bed, a bathroom provided with everything necessary, a complimentary bottle of water, and a flat-screen television to listen to the latest news.
The presence of a pod coffee machine in the common area was very appreciated, so you can enjoy a refreshment at any time of the day. The free availability of beach umbrellas was also positive, even though, personally, I did not make use of them since I went to the beach in the afternoon, until sunset. The panoramic terrace on the third floor is beautiful; you can relax there in the evening to enjoy the cool air.
Guests use the keys independently to come and go, in absolute freedom.
I highly recommend this property, with the hope of returning for a future stay in Lipari.

Perfect location and great availability

Let's start with the great availability of Giorgio, the owner, who helps you in any request, even beyond what is necessary. Large rooms with balconies on one of the main streets. Perfect location to live the town of Lipari as well as close to the marina for boat trips. Highly recommended.

Perfect stay in Lipari

We had a wonderful stay in Lipari! The apartment is centrally located, very convenient for reaching Marina Corta for boat excursions or the bus stop at the port. It was well equipped with everything we needed. Our host was extremely kind and always available to help. Highly recommended!

Wonderful experience!!

Characteristic period building steeped in history in the center of Marina Corta. It has a shared terrace with wonderful views, where you can have some quick DIY meals or just relax. A stone's throw from everything, boarding for excursions, restaurants, supermarkets or typical shops. The added value to all this is the great kindness and helpfulness of Giorgio, together with his family exceptional people!! Ready to help us in everything from parking to excursions with professionalism and infinite patience accompanied us in these seven wonderful days! A special thanks to his father Enzo il nero and to all the fishermen of the port, people of great value. We start with Lipari in our eyes and all of you in our hearts

Amazing.

Perfect location, in the center of everything from restaurants to shops, close to 'bus and port. nice Owner, helpful and welcoming, clean and spacious rooms, abundant breakfast. We felt pampered.
