Great holidays in Italy!

We stayed at Villa Clelia in Levanto for 9 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere of the guesthouse is warm and welcoming, and the owner is very friendly and always ready to help with any questions. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach of Levanto. We especially loved having breakfast in the cosy garden each morning. The room was very clean and well taken care of, with daily housekeeping that made our stay even more comfortable. The only small downside was that the bathroom could use a bit of renovation, but overall it did not affect our experience. I would definitely recommend Villa Clelia to anyone planning a holiday in Cinque Terre. Thank you!

This is where the Cinque Terre starts

Long weekend to the Cinque Terre extended also thanks to the hospitality of Nicola who in his villa in Mediterranean style made us feel at home as we said returning from excursions often accompanied by rain.Preceded by a stone arch of the fourteenth century, protected by a boundary wall, terraced, the villa in its simplicity, presents itself with a large garden enjoyable at any time of day: from the morning , announced by festive bells for which the almost Christmas lights that have sweetened the night, to the full day.A hundred meters from the sea, just as from the center, animated and cleaned.Not far from the medieval district and the alert that leads to the Gothic church of St. Andrew, the fortress, the ramparts and, the paths of CAI.Perse breakfast is to be improved but Nicola plays his role as host.Room and bathroom clean and provided as a good category hotel.

A wonderful stay !

My daughter and I have just returned from 11 wonderful days at Villa Clelia. The place is wonderfully cozy, and Nicola and his family are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We stayed in the apartment, and I was very impressed by its size and the nice kitchen facilities. The outdoor facilities were very nice and we spent a lot of time on our beautiful private terrace.
The location is perfect; beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is also easy to get around the area, as the train station is relatively close.
I can highly recommend Villa Clelia, and I plan to come back next year.

Everything beyond expectations! Beyond excellence.

I was at Villa Clelia from the 26th to the 28th.
Let's start from the objective things: you are in the center of the town, protected by a beautiful garden 5 minutes from the beach. If you arrive by train, 15 minutes walk from the station.
All this is absolutely priceless, in Liguria it becomes even rarer.
I was alone, for a relaxing weekend, but I can certainly say that the kindness, hospitality and helpfulness of Nicola and Chiara were unique!
A treat on Saturday morning, a breakfast served 'live' created by Nicola with his barbecue. Absolute top. All the other guests were also delighted with this unexpected pampering.
