Lazise relax

Hotel Cristina very clean, great location because it allows you to get to the center, which is located within the castle walls, in 10 minutes walk. The breakfast well organized with great products. The room small but for a couple is enough. Also the excellent dinner served at the room under the rooms. Basically a nice stay of 3 days in complete relaxation and well organized. Parking space available. Highly recommended

Super restaurant not put off when few tables are occupied !

The restaurant is great. The ratio of price and services are absolutely right here. I can't explain why it's super full next door and relatively empty in Christina.
It's worth trying.

Experience not recommended. The management is bad

The only plus point is the lake view.
in terms of management and organization are bad. I called a week in advance to ask for a vegan breakfast (which costs 10 euros per person on the site) and I was no longer informed by email, still finding me a brioche and cappuccino, and to inform about our arrival and departure time. This last misunderstanding was not treated with justice and awareness. They anticipated breakfast as requested, but not at the time indicated by us. So we found ourselves leaving later, late to our engagement, not to lose 20 euros of breakfast. In fact, I discussed with the receptionist before the actual payment asking not to have breakfast and deduct it, as they did not make it available to me at the indicated time, despite, I repeat, the call of warning in advance. They did not take responsibility for their mistake and I had to pay everything, finding myself forced to postpone the departure. An experience strongly discouraged. To err is humane but, especially in the case of tourist facilities, it is necessary to take responsibility.

Exceptional

I just got back and had a great time .. great breakfast.
Clean rooms well appointed mattress and pillows from top sleeping.
silent..e grandi..comodo free parking and entry to duparc wonderful place ..
Very friendly staff and for what little I needed they ran..
The girl who serves breakfasts is gorgeous..gentle..and always remembers what you get..
Very good also the gentleman .. what about not go in too many if not I do not find more place ..
Thanks I will be back..

Impeccable service and kindness.

Hotel Cristina is a two-star hotel in Lazise a few minutes walk from the town center with free parking right in front. With a family and genuine atmosphere, the rooms have recently been renovated as have the bathrooms. Very clean, comfortable beds, wifi speed could be improved. Simple breakfast, impeccable service and kindness.
