stay

We had a very good time, cozy room and property surrounded by greenery.
Comfortable pool, just a small note on the cuisine, fixed menu too expensive for a pasta dish and an inedible main course, for everything else an experience to repeat.

Do you want to loose your clients??

Terrible. Dirty. Shabby. Bad service. Food for groups even worse. If you want you get rid of your clients it is the best place to go. They will never come back.

What a disappointment!

We stayed at the hotel for three days and two nights. Upon our arrival we found the floor dirty, not a great business card! Very large and functional spaces, with great potential. Too bad that the window curtain of a room did not work, forcing to always turn on the light even during sunny hours, and that the sink pipe of a bathroom was leaking. We advised at reception and the bathroom problem was solved. Last element to forget: the mattresses and pillows... the first hard and with uncomfortable pits, the second thin and stiff. Given that the place boasts 4 stars, we certainly expected more...

Fabulous

I stayed at this hotel for three days and two nights for work needs.
I found a very warm and welcoming environment. The guys at the reception very attentive and friendly.
I had the opportunity to try the local cuisine and I found it in line with it, proposing earthy dishes of Tuscan cuisine... excellent tagliatelle with chianina sauce.
I had a great time. I will return

Bad experience

We booked the suite with Jacuzzi because we wanted to spend a quiet and relaxing New Year.
Before midnight we wanted to take a bath in the Jacuzzi (chosen a hotel just for that).
The water was cold! At reception they did not answer my many phone calls to understand and solve the problem (saying that at night after 11 am they do not answer).
Morale no bathroom!
In the morning we report that there was this problem and that we had tried to contact but no one had responded.
We are told that it was not true that you will have hot missed it, and that even the reception had not answered.
that in addition to having and paid the full amount for one night 200 euros (plus also the welcome drinks 14 euros) without even showing regret or apologizing for what happened!!
Moreover, the hotel despite being the last of the year and sold out according to them, was in a pitiful condition.
breakfast in the morning very poor and scarce, even in a 2-star hotel.
The 4 stars referred to are not true.
The COUNCIL both for the quality (poor) and for the services and courtesy of the staff.
