Zero professionalism
An excuse because I was only supposed to stay 3 nights and the single room was given to a person who was supposed to stay 8 nights.
Coincidentally, I met 2 hotel guests on the day of my return and they confirmed to me that there was no work going on in the hotel.
I had to choose a very expensive alternative because of this.
The alternative they proposed was in town instead of near the beach as I had requested.

Zero professionalism
They canceled my reservation for "overbooking" 3 days before arrival, making me lose money on the flight, parking, and everything else booked for a week without any alternative in that week in Lampedusa!

A disappointment, negative value for money
Meanwhile, on their Facebook profile they call themselves hotels, but at the reception in a week we have never seen anyone, constantly empty. To get the rankings tourist information, the owner and other referents we only saw them during breakfast, but they were obviously busy so we left it alone...
The room had a nice view of the bay, nothing to say, but everything was set up in a very “spartan” way, including bathroom, which does not justify the price of 200 euros per day we paid.
