Loved staying here!

It felt like home! Perfect location if you want to hop the train. The room is immaculate and comfortable. The owner is a painter in the same building and could not have been any kinder! Always had a smile on his face and let us park our Motorcycle in his locked garage! I was so comfortable. I deal location for a couple - double bed and very clean bath. Great stop for Cinque Terre by train. Highly recommend!

Excellent!

This is an idea place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre. It's only a few minutes' walk from the railway station - ideal for an early start. And Francesca is wonderful - so kind and so willing to help. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there.

Excellent location to visit the Cinque Terre by car

This was a stop on our road trip in northern Italy. Our destination was Cinque Terre, and quite honestly, there is no better location to stay on a way there. Railway station, from where the trains leave towards Cinque Terre, is roughly a 5 minutes walk away. And the super friendly staff arranged us a car park by the door. If you have travelled with a car in Italy, you would know that usually finding a parking place this close to a railway station in any Italian city is more or less a miracle.
The room is quite simple and small. It was spotless and cosy though. Instant coffee and tea is complimentary. There is no breakfast option, but it doesn't really matter because there is a cafe just another side of a street, that opens 6am and serves breakfast with quite a cheap price.
I would recommend this place to anyone who is arriving by car and heading to Cinque Terre and needs a place to stay at La Spezzia.

Passing thru

We pulled over and started searching of over night accommodation...stumbled onto this gem...now it's Italy not the US so don't expect some huge parking lot or grand lobby...what u will find is a lovely little spot with amazing people running it...if u don't speak Italian wait for the daughter to get here...we checked in late and they were totally awesome about that...the parents live on site but they speak as much America as I speak Italian but they were friendly as can b and very helpful...room was beyond clean bathroom is spacious and u don't share a bathroom it's all yours! All the amenities u can ask for...it's not the hilton...its probably cleaner than the hilton just not as fancy...we loved it!
