ABSOLUTELY TO BE REPEATED
First time at this property for just one night, right after Ferragosto, and we found exactly what we were looking for: peace, silence, and a relaxing atmosphere. With only two rooms available, the place is truly perfect for those who want to unplug.
The 3 PM check-in allowed us to enjoy an entire afternoon alone in the pool, immersed in tranquility. In the evening we had dinner on the patio, in a real home restaurant: delicious dishes, well-cared for and prepared with great passion. The evening then ended in the company of the hosts, Carmelina and Alfredo, with chatting and tasting the excellent natural homemade amaro made by Alfredo.
The room is cozy and above all very clean. The bathroom, large and very beautiful, is located on the same floor, outside the room, and the cleanliness there is also impeccable.
The morning breakfast was truly top-notch.
I wouldn't know what to add: everything perfect. The only advice is to stay at least two nights, because check-out is at 10 AM and, for insurance reasons, it is not possible to remain inside the property afterwards.
We will return. Actually, I can't wait.

Extremely high price for what you get. Very early check out at 10. You have to leave the hotel at 10 and not allowed to
The check out is at 10 and the owner of the house does not allow to stay in the pool complex even a minute after 10. Since we arrived after a flight at seven in the evening, we expected to spend the day the next day by the pool (after check out). It turns out that in addition to the fact that the check-out is very early compared to anywhere else, it is not possible to stay and enjoy the pool or the view and we really felt expelled. We wanted breakfast at 9:30 and we were told that it is not possible because we are supposed to physically leave the place at 10. The breakfast is mediocre minus and you have to choose in advance if you want a sweet or salty meal and mark the night before what you want and in any case the selection is limited. Poor value for money. Twice as much as any B&B in the area - 160 euros per night for sleeping in rooms inside a house with thin walls that hear every rustle, without the possibility of staying a minute after 10 in the morning and with a minus average meal. The landlady was nice but firm when she asked us to leave by 10. The view is beautiful, but you have to go out to eat dinner in town and returning to the house is difficult in the dark. Narrow roads with potholes and a 20 minute drive from the city.

Beautiful but it would take more flexibility
I booked a night between 15 and 16 August at this B&B because being 9months pregnant I wanted to enjoy some fresh air and the pool of the structure (having seen it in the picture).
Before booking me and the owner Carmelina had spoken by phone for detailed information on the way to the B & B;
I had specified both that I was pregnant and that I wanted to escape the heat of the city.
She explains everything very kindly and informs me that check-in is after 3pm and Check-out by 10am as the room is sanitised every time new guests arrive.
I had obviously asked if I could use the pool and of course the Lady tells me yes.
I did not specify that I was referring to the day of Check-out (the latter being very early) and certainly there was a communication error on my part, but having been in other facilities even recently, I had always been allowed to use the pool even after leaving the room (even for a small fee), so I did not bother absolutely to specify that I was referring to the day of the 16th.
Arrived at the structure on the mid-August day around 5 pm (since for the particular day we stayed for lunch in the farm nearby) the lady very kindly welcomes us explaining how breakfast works, reminding us of Check-out times and at that time I ask her about the use of the pool for the next day.
She tells me that it is absolutely not possible to use the pool the next day, since the structure has only 4 sunbeds and 2 umbrellas available for the two rooms present and that the same must be free for arriving guests.
I am very disappointed and I tell her that by phone I had asked her about the use of the pool but evidently not having specified the day she had told me yes because she thought we were talking about the day of the 15th.
He then accompanies us to the room inviting us to read the rules of the structure
(pool open from 9am to 6pm) and specifies that if we needed the air conditioner, we would have to pay 5€ extra for the remote control.
Fortunately, even if it was now 17:50, he allowed us to stay in the pool until 20 despite the rule reported in the room.
Now I wonder and say:
I am pregnant, I did 1h30 by car to get here, it is so hot, check-in is done quite late anyway, you could not make an exception and let us stay the next day in the pool on those extra wooden beds that I saw in the garden?
Can you ever ask for an extra 5€ to have the opportunity to take advantage of the air conditioner with tropical temperatures these days?
She apologized several times for the pool issue, specifying that the tool that cleaned it would not finish before 11:30, and I have nothing to say about the location because it is really beautiful, attention to detail, both in the room (embroidered sheets, impeccable cleanliness, good smell) and for the delicious and hearty breakfast with local products both sweet and savory, but you can not be so fiscal and inflexible especially after I spent money to stay really few hours there.
My husband and I had an empty trip and threw away the day of the 16th returning home to suffer the heat.
I would recommend the structure that I repeat is beautiful, only if these strict rules were revised.
However, I thank Mrs. Carmelina for the welcome and kindness and wish her the best.

A little uncomfortable, in every sense
Beautiful structure in the middle of nature, whose location however can be pleasant for a couple of days, after which it is rather uncomfortable to move.
Breakfast certainly not unforgettable, neither for quality nor quantity (forget an encore!).
The bottles of water, initially presented as “available to guests”, were actually counted as a surprise in the finale.
Overall, we felt a somewhat “controlling” reception.
The quality / price ratio not very advantageous.

Non so se realmente lei ha soggiornato nella mia struttura oppure è stato altrove…. In ogni modo le dico che Isernia, e quindi tutte le strutture della zona, sono al centro di un’area dove facilmente si può raggiungere l’Alto Molise, La Valle del Volturno e parte del basso Molise; la colazione è molto abbondante ma se lei avesse CHIESTO il bis nessuno glielo avrebbe negato ed infine l’acqua è sempre a disposizione degli ospiti ma ho ben specificato il costo di ogni bottiglia.
Chiunque soggiorna nella nostra struttura è ben consapevole che ha prenotato un b&b pertanto abitato dai proprietari che ovviamente controllano che tutto sia in ordine e che non manchi nulla agli ospiti.

A little gem
If you are looking for a little place surrounded by nature and silence, this is the right place. The house is very beautiful and well-kept, surrounded by regenerating nature. Carmelina and Alfredo are wonderful hosts, attentive and thoughtful without ever being intrusive, full of love for their work and for their territory. I recommend trying Carmelina's excellent cuisine (prepared and with excellent quality products) and Alfredo's delicious home made bitters. We only stayed one night, but if we were to come back to these parts we will definitely make sure to stay for a few days to fully enjoy the peace that can be felt.
