Car trouble last minute booking
We ended up needing a place to stay unexpectedly after having car trouble nearby, and Beatrice completely turned what had been an incredibly stressful situation around for us.
From the moment we arrived, she was unbelievably kind, welcoming, and accommodating. She helped us translate and communicate during the whole situation, made sure we were comfortable, helped us with drinks and breakfast, and genuinely went above and beyond in every possible way.
What stood out most was her personality. She was so warm, patient, and helpful that we immediately felt taken care of. After such a difficult night, having someone treat us with that much kindness made an enormous difference.
Beatrice made such a wonderful impression on us that I would honestly come back to Italy just to stay here again. Hospitality like this is something you remember long after a trip is over.
Thank you, Beatrice, for making a stressful situation into one of the most memorable and positive experiences of our trip. You are truly exceptional!

Friendly staff but experience not to be repeated
Breakfast includes only a hot drink, a croissant and a juice.
The food served in the restaurant is not bad, but the choice of food and the time at which you can dine are very limited.
The staff was very friendly.

NIGHT PANIC... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
In the morning just got off breakfast nonexistent not even a coffee....They asked 130 € a theft! Half star hotel! Highly recommended!
