Ouvert en 1961, cet hôtel à la gestion familiale est situé dans le centre de Grado, à 5 minutes à pied de la plage. Il propose des chambres climatisées avec télévision par satellite et balcon.

A gem right in the middle of it all
My mother and I stayed for two nights. The room was clean, with a balcony looking into a yard. AC worked well. The hotel has a nice charm. It's been a family business for 60 years. There is an elevator which was helpful with our room on the 4th floor. Location is great. 8 minute walk to the beach. And even less to restaurants, gelato and shopping. No parking at the hotel, but the owner can direct you to where there is free parking in town. So just move the car after you unload your luggage. Grado is small, so everything can be reached by foot during your stay. For dinner, I suggest heading into the old town center. Breakfast at the hotel is good. Fresh coffee drinks, even espresso, ham, cheese, eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, jam, honey, various sorts of bread, as well as panettone and a yummy chocolate cake. You can sit in the courtyard.
The owner was really nice to us, very personable. Speaks fluent German. We had a great time!

This hotel is rather strange . . .
We spent one night here. To get to the room, one had to drag the bags up 10 steps to the elevator and when one got to the fourth floor, for example, one had to go up another 8 steps. Strange!
A smallish room, but perfectly fine for the 85 euros. It was clean, the bathroom fixtures were all new, but the very small stall shower had no place to put soap -- no soap dish, no shelf, no ledge, no nothing, so one had open the shower door to put the soap down on the bench that one had placed just outside the shower. Don’t these designers ever take showers?
We were told at reception that we could park on the street if we could find a place, but that the woman who owned the vacant lot next to the hotel would graciously allow us to park there for 13 euros. As the street was crowded with cars, we did so, but we thought the cost was rather excessive for a small town.
We had booked in Grado because the hotel situation in Aquileia didn't seem very good, but I'm sure we could have found something at least as good there.

Arte, mare e accoglienza estremamente cordiale.
Grado è stato una gradevole scoperta grazie ai consigli preziosi ricevuti all’arrivo in hotel. La posizione centralissima, ma tranquilla dell’hotel Lido consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti le spiagge, il porto, ma anche le vie del centro piacevole centro storico (ricco di spunti culturali ma pure negozi, bar, ottimi ristoranti.
Hotel con grande ordine e pulizia, la camera seppur non grande è ristrutturata e funzionale e il bagno tutto nuovo.
Complimenti per la squisita gentilezza e la grande professionalità, avete reso la vacanza perfetta.

Frühstück katastrophal
Preis war okay. Nicht okay war, dass einem vorher nicht mittgeteilt wurde, dass die Fahrräder etliche Häuser weiter gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr in einer tagsüber offenen Garage abgestellt werden mussten, obwohl wir als 9köpfige Fahrradgruppe angemeldet waren. Die Zimmer waren sauber, allerdings gab es für 2 Personen für 2 Übernachtungen nur ein Tütchen Duschgel /Person. Wurde am 2. Tag nicht aufgefüllt. Das Schlimmste am Hotel war allerdings das Frühstück. Teewasser war kalt, reichte nicht aus um sich eine Tasse Tee zu brühen. Je Zimmer gab es nur ein paar hauchdünne Scheibchen Wurst auf den Tisch. Und die Butter war ranzig, verdorben oder verschimmelt. Nach einigen Päckchen Portionsbutter haben wir sie lieber weggelassen. Schimmel auch in der Marmelade. Und die Tochter des Hauses kontrollierte stets mit strengem Blick, dass man ja nicht ein Stückchen zu viel vom Buffet holte. Am Saisonende musste wohl noch alles raus, auch das Verdorbene. Lido nie wieder!!!

Nettes kleines Hotel mit liebenswerten Gastgeberinnen!
Freundliches familiärgeführtes Hotel in guter zentraler Lage (nahe am Strand und im Zentrum), trotzdem aber sehr ruhig.
Sehr nette Gastgeberinnen - immer freundlich und immer ein Lächeln. Sehr hilfsbereit.
Frühstück gut und ausreichend.
Zimmer sind sauber und funktionell mit neu renoviertem Badezimmer.
Kommen gerne wieder!
