The hotel looks modern and clean and our room has plenty of space and looked nice.
I think some of the photos are a bit misleading, as the roof terrace isn't that large. The hotel is located a bit from the centre of Genova, so too far to walk. There isn't many restaurants in the locality, but there is a supermarket next door.
There is a car park underground, but it is rather small and space is not guaranteed.
Overall, it is a nice hotel, and if you have a car then worth staying here.

Nice hotel, but a bit out of Genova

The hotel is nice, and the room was modern with plenty of room for the 4 of us.
Breakfast was OK with plenty of choice.
We didn't have an evening meal, as the choice on the menu was very limited.
The hotel photos are a bit misleading, as there is not much roof terrace as promoted in the photos.
There isn't much to do in the area, and restaurant choices are limited.

Incredible discovery!

Excellent hotel, a beautiful discovery. Initially, there was hesitation about the location being decentralized from the center, but then we always got around with the buses that pass by constantly right in front of the hotel and avoid the problems of parking the car in the center; furthermore, if you want to go to Nervi or the small port for boat trips, you are 10-15 minutes away. Spotless, comfortable rooms with complimentary small bottles of water (it seems like a small thing, but in the intense heat, it was a nice support). Next to the entrance, there is a small street that leads to a small beach in a few minutes, and in the evening, some bars as well. Well-managed breakfast, nice environment with many sweet and savory products, excellent cappuccino. We tried the restaurant on the terrace with a sea view, and it was another wonderful discovery, even a dessert prepared on the spot. Kindness, attention to detail, and a lot of professionalism make you feel pampered as well as adequately served. The hotel staff is also very attentive; I had a problem with a light bulb, and the guy even avoided setting down a disassembled part for fear it might have dust. Besides all this (and there would be so much more to add in a positive light), it must be said that it is next to a small shopping center and that although there is private parking, in reality, you can park for free all around the area. Definitely worth returning to.

Bad location

The hotel have a bad and poor location and who is the loyalty member of BONVOY don’t think to book with them because they will not give you all benefits.
