UNIQUE SUNSETS IN A SUITABLE PLACE TO ESCAPE CITY STRESS
Family run hotel with a lot of courtesy and helpfulness. We stayed only 3 nights and we also enjoyed a dinner at the restaurant of the structure, with simple dishes without any pretensions but that made us feel at home. The uniqueness of this place is also the well-kept garden and the opportunity to experience unique sunsets over the sea of the port of Forio. Total tranquility and relaxation allowed us to live a weekend of rest, necessary to disconnect from the turbulent city routine. We thank Mrs. Mena, Mr. Antonio and Mrs. Concetta for welcoming us and for making us witnesses of their experiences of family and work life. A cordial greeting to all from Roberta and Corrado of Naples.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. It is not a hotel, but a guesthouse, and this is not specified in the description. As soon as we arrived, we were left speechless.
The environment is old, neglected, and has a bad smell. The pool was very dirty, so much so that it didn't even cross our minds to swim.
The room was small and dirty. There was neither a hairdryer nor a bidet, and in the bathroom, we even found a used plastic cup for mouthwash. A truly unhygienic thing.
The window was very small and high up, it felt like being in a basement. To close it, one had to use a piece of metal that bent. The air conditioner made a very loud noise and, even when it was off, you could hear those from the other rooms because the rooms are not soundproof at all. On the morning of our arrival, there was a bowl with croissants already displayed and, honestly, I had the strong impression that they would still be there the next day.
We had booked only for one night because there were no other hotels available and we had organized the trip at the last minute, and from the photos it seemed like an acceptable accommodation. We thought: "We just need to sleep here." Instead, it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had. We stayed out all day just to avoid being in that room, and when we returned, we felt an absurd anxiety. At 5 in the morning, we left, leaving the keys in the room, because there is no real reception: everything is managed by the family and there was no one around.
We had already paid through Booking, otherwise we would have asked for a refund and left as soon as we arrived.
The photos do not reflect reality at all. I sincerely wonder how this establishment can have all these positive reviews. It was a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor: choose another establishment!!!!

I was there the first days of July and I must say that I found myself a stinker.
Dirty room also before staying we were not warned that towels and sheets changed them every 5 days (ie every week), unpleasant cleaning. Air conditioner that flowed daily with humidity outside and inside the chamber.
We stayed 3 nights in breakfast only service. lunch and dinner, being excluded from the service to the lady bothered us if we brought it from the outside, among other things we arrived the first day at check in and we had bottles of water with us and made a brief call. Access to the pool was mandatory to wear the cap that is not included in the price (headphones to be paid apart from 2.50 € each.) and even this we were not informed, among other things both the normal pool and the jacuzzi both of an exaggerated dirt that they never cleaned. In the room not even a mini fridge to keep drinks or other in a cool way, with the heat that is making. Unpleasant breakfast and little substance, to be pitied, the waiter asks one thing from you another, at the breakfast table lacked the ingredients to fill the croissant all cracked, unwashed glass glasses that had a smelly smell. At night the hotel gates were always open without even a little security or cameras outside. I anted out the rooms almost inside the room where we were staying. The lady couldn't really talk to him nicely, stared defiantly as if she was pointing at us, I wouldn't go back even if they gave it to me. Unpleasant experience in this accommodation.

HORRIBLE IS LITTLE
One of the worst experiences ever lived in an accommodation facility.
Stay from 13 to 15 July: two nights that were enough to turn a relaxing break in Ischia into a nightmare to forget.
The real problem is not only the inadequacy of the structure, but the dismissive and rude attitude of the staff, especially Mrs. Concetta, whose arrogant and provocative behavior has been noticed by many guests, not only by us. Welcoming us with a grumpy tone just because we arrived an hour before check-in (with the hotel deserted!) was the appetizer of the absurdity that lay ahead.
The initial chamber? A disaster. Completely unusable bathroom: pierced ceiling with water coming down and clogged toilet, and all this without any proposal for a refund or compensatory gesture for the first night spent practically without services. The change of room took place only the next day, thanks to the courtesy (the only positive exception) of Mrs. Giulia, who at least had the common sense to apologize.
Cleanliness is below the acceptable threshold. Neglected common areas, dirty corners everywhere and insect nests. Services declared in the price – Wi-Fi, whirlpool, smart TV, restaurant, bar, breakfast – unusable or of ridiculous standard. Poor breakfast, poor quality and no variety, with products clearly discount.
We started a refund procedure through Booking, documenting everything with photos and videos: the property also had the nerve to deny the evidence. An unfair behavior that forced the opening of an official dispute.
In summary: badly managed structure, indisposing staff, dilapidated services and zero customer care. Too bad that the beauty of Ischia is tarnished by similar structures, which live on rent by deceiving tourists with structures that are 50 years old.
Avoid this facility carefully.

DISGUSTING PLACE
Worst hotel ever. I got there on 7th of july. The room was with a lot of mold, very dirty. The towels were already used and when i told them 10min after my staying that I want to go with a refund the owner got very rude and told me to f off. Never book your hotel here. Rude people and very dirty
