Ok good

Terrible hotel

In the group we travelled with Avrupa Russi, breakfast was served in two separate sections: a buffet for hotel guests and a third-rate breakfast on the first floor – it could hardly be called breakfast, it was awfully low quality, there wasn't a single bite of anything edible. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Good experience for business trip

I stayed at NH Firenze and the experience was very positive. The property is modern, elegant and located in a quiet area, about 15-20 minutes walk from the historic center of Florence, ideal for those who want to visit the city without sacrificing tranquility.
The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, with very comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. I particularly appreciated the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, always professional and attentive to the needs of guests.
Also excellent breakfast, very varied.
Overall I recommend this hotel for both leisure and business trips, thanks to the quality services and the welcoming atmosphere.

EMBARRASSING RESTAURANT!

As a customer I share the experience I had at the restaurant. Non-existent professionalism and embarrassing management I highly recommend the experience at the restaurant of the NilHotel. We had dinner opting for the 33€ menu (which included starter, first, second and dessert). The problems started with the lack of clarity of the menu: not being specified the starters included, we asked the waiter for clarification, who invited us to choose from the menu. At the time of the bill, however, the appetizers were charged as extra. When we asked for an explanation, the situation escalated due to the unqualified behavior of the room manager. Instead of handling the misunderstanding professionally, he approached us in wry and nervous tones, insisting on an alleged wording of the menu that did not correspond to the truth. The most serious and unpleasant thing was his final reaction: in front of us customers, he literally humiliated the waiter by saying that, if there was a mistake, "the appetizers would be paid for by the employee". I find it disgraceful that a superior treats their staff this way, especially in the presence of guests. A miscommunication is solved with a smile and a correction, not with vulgarity and threats to employees. Average food, but service and staff management to forget. We will not return
