Very good option in Florence

Hotel next to the train station, however there is no noise at all.
Spacious, beautiful, and comfortable room, quiet hotel.
It has a lounge bar where you can have a drink.
Very pleasant reception staff.
You can walk to any place of interest.

I was very pleased with the room and the hotel in general.

Convenient location.
Sanat Maria de la Fiore is 10-15 minutes on foot.
I walked to all the attractions from the hotel.
Station across the street.
Yeah, it makes a lot of dubious people around, but nobody touches.
The room was clean, cleaned, changed towels and added bathroom facilities every day.
Great bed with comfortable mattress!
Downstairs is a bar with complimentary coffee, tea, water and snacks.
For breakfast, a good choice: several types of sausages and cheese, bacon.
Fruit: Peaches, plums, apricots, watermelon/melon.
Different kinds of milk. Lots of different pastries.
I was happy with this hotel.

Really lovely hotel, in a fantastic location, with wonderful staff.

We loved this hotel from the moment we entered.
The staff were so warm and welcoming, and were happy to make recommendations and give us lots of information on where to eat and things to do.
We stayed in a junior suite, which consists of 1 double bed in the main room, and a connecting room with a smaller double/sofa bed. Both have balconies, both have lovely bathrooms. (The main bathroom has a bath and overhead shower, and the smaller bathroom has a shower cubicle.)
The decor is modern, and well thought out.
There is a lounge area by reception that you can hang out in, and have a free coffee and slice of cake.
The location is ideal! Just a few minutes walk from Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, bus stops directly outside the hotel, and tram lines just 2 minutes away. The city itself is just a 10-15 minute walk, but it doesn't feel this long at all, as there are lots of places to stop on the way.
I'd stay here again, and I'd recommend!

Clean room. Awesome air conditioning!! Great location. Close to everything. May be close to train station but it’s great. Close walk but far enough away.

10 out of 10.

Excellent location, very pleasant rooms. The breakfast buffet is delicious, very well stocked, and with excellent service from Michaela.
Despite being across from the train station, you cannot hear any noise. We were able to rest and explore Florence on foot due to the hotel's excellent location. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Florence.
