Appearances can be deceiving.

It surprised us! The common areas are a bit dated, but in the room, we found a beautiful recently renovated bathroom, cleanliness, and comfort. The staff is very kind. You can reach the center quickly by tram! Highly recommended!

"The night will pass"

Quick choice for an unexpected commitment. Besides the internal parking that interested me, the rest is embarrassing. A building that shows all its years. I had to change three rooms to get one with a reduced size but only in relation to the other rooms; the noise from the centralized air conditioning fan in the first ones even prevented me from talking on the phone, all accompanied by a bad smell near the bathroom, a night to remember. Breakfast was better than the rooms. Why 2/5 points? Because it was to be expected. Never again

Mediocre

Hotel in an old hospital, very little renovated and very dilapidated.
Room: no furniture, just a table made with three pieces of panel and a rod. Very uncomfortable bed (back pain in the morning). The air conditioning is very noisy. No decor....
Bathroom: redone with a small shower cabin. The small towels are made from sheet fabric.... There is just the bare minimum.
Breakfast: very mediocre.
Positive point: the car parking available, the location close to the tram.

We stayed there in April and the room was very warm, to the point of being uncomfortable. We could not turn on the AC and were told at reception that due to some governmental requirements to save energy it could not be turned on. I understand having to comply with such requirements, however, you need to be transparent with guests up front, before doing the reservation. The room commodities included AC and that was certainly included in the price, yet we could not use it. Very frustrating because this spring was unsually warm. Nice location though.

Hotel to avoid

Hotel Vétuste
Room style old hospital rehabilitated...
No decoration
Electrical outlets that come out of the wall when shot
Tiny elevator
No room in the bathroom to put the vanity
No soundproofing, we hear the neighbors play!! And people go home at 2am in the halls
Breakfast good, but at the right franquette
Positive:
Kind staff
Hot water in the shower
Bedding OK
2 steps from the tram
Parking, finally closed on one side with badge, but open on the other side!!
