grazie per aver condiviso la Sua esperienza e per le belle parole dedicate al nostro hotel. Siamo lieti che abbia apprezzato la camera con vista sul Castello, la posizione centralissima nel cuore di Ferrara e la tranquillità del soggiorno.
Ci fa inoltre piacere sapere che ha gradito la colazione, così come la cortesia e la preparazione del nostro personale, entrambi aspetti per noi fondamentali per una accoglienza perfetta.
Apprezziamo molto le indicazioni relative alla ZTL e ai parcheggi esterni, informazioni utili per chi raggiunge il centro storico in auto.
Rimaniamo a Sua disposizione per tutte le future occasioni di visita a Ferrara

Very disappointed with the management of an exceptional situation.
• We understand that the origin of the emergency was the irresponsible behavior of another guest and not directly the facility.
Negative aspects
•Due to a guest smoking inside the facility, the fire alarms continued to sound until 6 in the morning, completely preventing us from sleeping.
•Check-in was delayed by an hour, and despite that, we still could not rest.
•We would have expected greater attention towards the guests who experienced the inconvenience. A gesture of courtesy, such as a voucher for a future stay, a spa treatment, or a complimentary lunch, would have demonstrated a genuine willingness to remedy the inconvenience. Unfortunately, no one returned the sleep we lost.
•The assigned room was located in front of the internal/emergency stairs: the door with the panic bar was opened and slammed repeatedly, causing loud noises that woke us up multiple times and prevented us from recovering our sleep.
•The exit from the stairs leads directly outside, giving the impression that anyone can easily access the facility from that point, resulting in a feeling of low security.
•The bathroom was missing the warranty strip on the toilet, a detail we would have expected to find in a four-star facility.
•We arrived from Sicily after an early morning flight from Catania, spent a day visiting the city, and the next day we had an important event. The lack of rest made us arrive completely exhausted.
•At breakfast, I was struck by the fact that some buffet tables were exposed directly to the sun, a rather impractical solution for the preservation and usability of the food.
•The selection of savory products at breakfast was quite limited.
•For a four-star facility, we would have expected a richer breakfast, for example, with waffles or pancakes made to order.
•Despite the curtains being completely closed, a lot of light still entered the room, making it difficult to rest.

siamo davvero spiacenti che il soggiorno non sia stato all’altezza delle Vostre aspettative e comprendiamo il disagio che avete vissuto.
Per quanto riguarda l’episodio eccezionale occorso durante la notte, è importante precisare che, come da Voi stessi indicato, l’origine è stata il comportamento non idoneo e reiterato di un altro Ospite che ha attivato i sistemi antincendio. L’intervento dei dispositivi di sicurezza è stato inevitabile e, nonostante i tentativi del nostro Staff, non è stato possibile silenziarli immediatamente a causa del rilevatore reso inutilizzabile dal fumo presente in camera. In una situazione di questo tipo, il nostro personale ha operato esclusivamente per gestire un’emergenza di sicurezza che, per sua natura, non era prevedibile né controllabile dall’Hotel.
Per questo motivo si è ritenuto di non procedere con forme di compensazione. Siamo sempre estremamente attenti quando gli inconvenienti dipendono da mancanze o disattenzioni a nostro carico; in questa circostanza, invece, la nostra priorità assoluta è stata garantire la sicurezza di tutti gli Ospiti, consentendo il rientro nelle camere solo dopo il nulla osta dei Vigili del Fuoco.
Il posticipo del check-out è stato concesso con l’unico intento di offrire agli Ospiti coinvolti un tempo aggiuntivo per recuperare, per quanto possibile, il disagio subito, nel rispetto delle necessità operative della struttura, che deve predisporre le camere per i nuovi arrivi.
Per quanto riguarda la posizione della camera assegnata e le restanti osservazioni relative ad alcuni aspetti del servizio, tra cui la colazione, prendiamo atto con attenzione di quanto segnalato, condividendo i Vostri commenti con i reparti competenti affinché possano essere oggetto di valutazione.
La sicurezza, il benessere dei nostri Ospiti e il rispetto delle regole rappresentano da sempre le priorità che guidano il nostro lavoro quotidiano. Ci auguriamo che un futuro soggiorno a Ferrara possa offrirVi un'esperienza più serena, rilassante e pienamente soddisfacente.

Regarding breakfast, we would like to highlight that it is designed as a mixed service: part buffet and part served at the table, in order to ensure dishes are always served hot and freshly prepared, with no limitations on the quantities that can be ordered.
