Refreshing stop.

It deserves the 5 stars for the extreme courtesy and cleanliness with which they take care of a three-star hotel at the exit of the highway, indi, mainly used as a stopover. Functional, breakfast is included in the price, also generous compared to what is stated and served with care and tranquility. Large outdoor parking, mini bar respectful for the circumstance, unfortunately the adjacent restaurant was closed but facing the street there is an excellent alternative.

Comfortable base in an excellent location

We stayed for one night and it was an excellent base for this quick weekend with friends. Property located less than 1 km from the highway exit with an attached restaurant. Courteous and helpful welcome and service. Dated room but with all the comforts for a short stay. Simple breakfast with, however, the essentials. It is a good solution for long journeys.

A real nightmare

Nightmare hotel, this place needs a makeover. We stayed at this property fortunately for only one night. As soon as we arrived at the reception they were polite, then astonishment as soon as we crossed the entrance to the room, truly dilapidated, bed frames destroyed, cheap furniture, it was cheap even in the 70s, bathroom with a very noisy flush, but the truly shocking thing was a terrible smell of cigarette smoke in the room, and we are smokers, but they evidently don't use the balcony there but smoke in the room, which is truly stomach-turning. Pointed it out to the owner with a smile, he said I'm sorry but he didn't resolve anything. In the morning for breakfast the hotel was full and 2 slices of bread with 5 slices of salami. For a cost of 99 euros. The moral is that for this amount there are very different solutions even nearby, we will certainly never set foot here again.

Well managed and conveniently located for motorway proximity.

Hotel strategically located at the Fabro motorway exit. Courtesy and cleanliness are a distinctive feature of this property. Clean rooms, perfect towels. Quiet rooms. The structure has a large car park of relevance. Good breakfast served by attentive and precise staff. The property is located in a strategic place for excursions in the surroundings.
Next to the hotel there is an excellent restaurant

Above expectations! Great for a comfortable and regenerating stop in a strategic position.

We stayed at this hotel returning from a trip to Sicily. The location is super strategic: 600 meters from the Fabro motorway exit and with an adjacent restaurant (“Il Focolare” same name but separate management) where we had a good dinner.
The reviews had prepared me for something very simple, and indeed the structure is a bit dated, but everything else exceeded expectations. The cleanliness is impeccable: linen and pillows perfect, comfortable bed, bathroom with shower with large shower head. In the room also well stocked minibar, adjustable air conditioning.
Another plus point: the ample free parking, convenient especially if you are traveling with the car loaded with luggage.
Breakfast is hearty and well-kept: fresh fruit, yogurt of various kinds, croissants, rusks, bread, boiled eggs, muesli, hot drinks, espresso coffee, juices and cakes. The staff was always very kind.
If I have to find a fault: in the morning you can hear noises coming from the other rooms (not from the outside because the windows have excellent insulating fixtures), but nothing annoying, also because all the guests were very polite. In such a well-positioned hotel, on a weekday, a little movement in the early morning can fit.
Fair price, honest.
I will definitely keep this in mind for the future. Highly recommended!
