Excellent

Villa Lupia, fantastic property.
Strategic location for experiencing both sides of the peninsula. Immersed in the heart of Salento. Extremely rigorous cleanliness.
Daniela and Anna are two impeccable hosts, with unique cordiality and hospitality.
We were staying in Villa Isaia (one of the two units). Highly recommended, we will definitely return.
Villa Lupia is now in our hearts.

Good solution for relaxing and visiting Salento

Beautiful location, situated in the countryside of Cutrofiano, it offers a feeling of peace, excellent for relaxing in tranquility.
The staff is extremely kind and helpful.
As for the room, we probably stayed in the only room without a view of/exit to the pool. The room, in fact, only had two high transom windows that were darkened, which did not allow for good air circulation or the entry of sufficient natural light.
As for breakfast, it was well-stocked (from cakes to cold cuts and seasonal fruit), but it is a pity that everything was industrially produced/packaged. By supplementing the breakfast a bit with artisanal products, the experience would be truly top-notch!
The property offers some additional services (possibility of a breakfast box in the room/addition of pasticciotti for breakfast, etc.) that still demonstrate attention to making the stay comfortable for the guest.
For what the property offers, the price-quality ratio is still excellent.
Worth trying again, with a different room, because the villa is truly beautiful and evocative.

Excellent

Welcoming and professional staff. Clean rooms with private bathroom. The pool is available for the few rooms of the hotel, in a place isolated from the town but where you can experience the pleasure of being with friends in serenity. Moderate prices for the place. We will return also because of the kindness of the staff.

Beautiful Villa Lupia

A beautiful property perfect for relaxing and for visiting Puglia in all directions. The rooms were impeccable and the outdoor area with the pool was a marvel. The staff is very kind and always available for any request. We will definitely return... highly recommended..

Horrible

I booked this establishment following the rather positive reviews. But I should have focused on the negative comments because they are indeed real. The room had a bricked-up window without any light. The room facilities are not compliant since they are in a common room. The breakfast place is not on site but in the 1st building 200 meters away. So we preferred to leave and find suitable accommodation!! On the other hand, as for reimbursement, they don't even bother to answer us. Flee this establishment. It should even be ousted from a site like booking!!!!
