Highly recommended

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is clean, welcoming, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, perfect for resting after a day out. A special thanks goes to the staff, always available, kind, and professional, who made the experience even more pleasant. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for a hotel where they can feel at ease.

Positive experience.

We stayed at this hotel without knowing it and we immediately had a great impression, large and very clean rooms, with a spacious bathroom and equipped with a nice balcony.
We also celebrated a family event in the hotel restaurant, and what can I say... everything was delicious with excellent service, and the staff was kind and helpful.

A simply perfect evening!
From the moment we entered we were welcomed with professionalism and great attention: the service of Daniela and Omar was impeccable, always present, smiling and able to make us feel really pampered throughout dinner.
The food was excellent, attention to detail, with authentic flavors and dishes of the highest quality that exceeded all expectations. Every course was a pleasure, from start to finish.
An experience that combines excellent cuisine and extraordinary service, and that makes this restaurant absolutely recommended. We will be back without any doubt!

Disgusting.

Reading the reviews of two years ago 'and beyond today with the experience I had I wonder if I was simply unlucky, this hotel is to be kept away is a rip-off, as the owner then it is better that I shut up, polite person courteous is I still said little... my advice? Choose other structures much nicer is prices much lower than the latter... but last in every sense

TO FORGET

Holiday to forget.
Air conditioning not working, miserable breakfast with old pasta.
They recycle things from the previous day.
Dinner with long waits and dishes arrived cold.
Omar I think is the responsible person superficial and indifferent to the problems.
Absolutely disappointed and to forget.

Gentile Cliente, ci dispiace molto che la sua esperienza nel nostro hotel sia stata come descritta da lei da dimenticare, ci tenevo solo a precisare alcuni aspetti del suo racconto, innanzitutto partendo dal soggiorno nella nostra struttura, avendo controllato il nostro archivio non ci risulta la sua presenza , immagino che in pieno inverno se il condizionatore non funzionasse Dubito che sia rimasto a dormire , ma soprattutto senza farlo presente al personale della reception, in merito ai prodotti che vengono utilizzati per la colazione, sono sempre cotti di giorno in giorno, concludo con la ‘“ciliegina sulla torta “ delle lunghe attese per la cena e piatti freddi…. Peccato che da ormai 10 anni la nostra cucina è a servizio dei soli ricevimenti e non per gli avventori esterni.
