Great place.

The place is new clean and tidy. Teresa is helpful and quick to answer any questions. Breakfast is varied and cared for like everything else. The room has everything you need and a large finestra.La bed linen was clean new and fragrant. The bathroom is new with a large shower. Our dog could follow us anywhere. We had a great time.

Highly recommended!

La Collinetta is a great b&b. It is located in a strategic position, not far from Bologna, the hilly area and other attractions.
The structure is wonderful: the room is simple but with everything you need, the bathroom is modern, windowed and with a very comfortable shower.
Teresa welcomes you optimally, provides you with the various information and makes you feel immediately at home making herself available for every request.
In the morning you start the day with a super breakfast: croissants, homemade cakes, yogurt, cheese and jams. Everything really tasty!
We can only recommend this property!

Great!

Lovely location of recent construction, all very clean and cared for; immersed in the countryside, you can easily reach the city services. Mrs. Teresa prepares delicious homemade breakfasts and was very lovable with my two dogs. I will definitely be back!

Pleasant discovery

New structure in the countryside, but not far from the center of Bologna and convenient to reach the Dall'Ara stadium. Clean, comfortable and air-conditioned environment. Bathroom with window, spotless with large shower. Owner friendly and helpful. Great experience and good value for money.

A small corner of rest in the heart of Emilia.

The structure is immersed in a true oasis of peace in contact with nature, surrounded by wheat fields and the picturesque Bolognese hills, but close to the main Emilian cities. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, new and equipped with every comfort, and the breakfast is excellent, varied and plentiful. The owner, Teresa, is available for any request, always smiling and friendly. In a word: kindness and hospitality.
We certainly recommend it for a relaxing stay in Valsamoggia.
