A truly special stay!
The property is very welcoming, well-kept, and warm… we felt right at home!
The rooms are spotless, comfortable, and cared for in every detail, but what really makes the difference is the hospitality of Mr. Lucio, who is always cordial, kind, helpful, and attentive—a discreet but precious presence that makes you feel truly welcomed like family!
We really appreciated the tranquility and the family atmosphere of the B&B, which Mr. Lucio manages with passion and competence.
Highly recommended!
A place where you arrive as guests and leave with the desire to return as friends!
Thanks again to Mr. Lucio for making our stay so pleasant and warm and for making us feel right at home!

Buona settimana
Rossana e Lucio

The host is a dear person Friend- B&B Delle Rose
(although- I did not stay personally; because I have my mother's house in Conegliano)
On the occasion of Mother's Day I booked B&B Delle Rose for my cousins from Germany
Great service: starting from the composition of the beds in the rooms to please children close to mothers, bottle warmers and use of the kitchen at any time, even at night.
Great prices that you do not always find with such comfort and cleanliness.
What about: Close to the station, but wonderful view-opposite the Accademia staircase;
Mr. Lucio turned out to be a friend more than just a Host
He recommended taxis, and not only, cared for the details - for the large number of guests - to book the right taxis for seven people; was present and available at every hour of arrival, etc.
Besides, he could also communicate a little in German and very nice.
The cake!! When he heard about the birthday party, he wanted to offer for breakfast a special cake baked by his lady
Staying at Casa Mia, in the B&B Delle Rose, with the Corte delle Rose a stone's throw away and comfort, cleanliness and their sympathy....
It is priceless!!
Thank you Mr. Lucio!
