Best place in Como

Very central location. Clean ,modern and fully equipted. Perfect for longer stays. The lady Carolina is very helpfull. On top of that in the same building there is the best gelateria in Como .

Central location

We really appreciated the cleanliness and great location of the apartment. In a few (about 5) minutes walk you are in the center of Como. The room was rather small, but it has had enough space for 3 adults people. Price rather high, but we were happy to pay for the location. We did not meet any staff in person, however, someone was always available via Whatsapp. The instructions were very helpful and competent. The only criticism: a large mirror in the room we (3 women) lacked, as well as it would have been desirable if it had for 3 guests also 3 bathing slippers (and not only 2).

Great location 5 minute walk alongside lake to centre of Como.
Apartment was spacious, clean, warm and quiet, with all amenities required start off your stay including shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, coffee and sugar sachets etc.
Bed was comfortable and slept well. No parking included, but public payable parking nearby so no problem.
Communication with La Perla was quick and informative.
Boat trip on lake, visit to Christmas market, cathedral and wine tasting, all in all a lovely quick weekend trip to Como and La Perla delivered as a great base out of the hustle and bustle of Como town but close enough to enjoy.

The concept of the hotel should be adapted to provide a better experience for the customer

To improve:
- A bit complicated check-in
- Underground parking hard to find and very expensive 24€/day and no lift at the stairwell - here you would have to negotiate with the operator better prices for hotel guests
- no proper driveway in front of the hotel to unload the suitcases
- Front no lake view and noisy from traffic
- Rooms partly very noodled and defective things...
- Different room sizes and comfort with balcony, here one would have to introduce more category rooms.
- 2 Different mobile number for office hours and emergencies outside office hours - here you should only have one phone number.
- No dishwasher: before leaving the rooms you have to wash everything by hand.
- It is only cleaned on the last day (Check-out) by the room care ring, no matter how long you are there, you must always clean/keep yourself.
- WLAN password must be explicitly requested
- There is no manual for the air conditioning

+very friendly and customer-oriented staff
+very close to the old town (center) and lake
+it's all nice and clean
+Kitchen is very well equipped with cloths, rags, dishes, pans, cutlery, soaps, household paper etc.
+relatively quiet rooms

We have adored

Everything was perfect. The location in the city center, close to the lake and a market crossroads open 24/7. The apartment was comfortable and well thought out. The nicest part was in the details: small sachet of olive oil and laundry detergent provided. Collecting the key alone was easy and the ladies at reception were very pleasant and helpful.
