Brilliant staff and great hotel

My partner booked this accommodation for 3 nights at the end of June, and we were not disappointed, the hotel is stunning and the staff were very very helpful, the shuttle service offered was brilliant, we used it daily to get to the lake and back. All areas, rooms, pool, bar and restaurant were immaculate and constantly kept clean and tidy. Big thank you to Barman Jacoba (apologies if incorrect) his cocktails skills were excellent, Also restaurant, pool bar waiter Davide, so polite and helpful. My personal favourite was our shuttle driver Teepak (again apologies if incorrect) all went above and beyond for us.. food and drinks outstanding.. I was trying to practice my Italian during our stay and they were all very patient with me ☺️ would definitely recommend and we can’t wait to stay again.

Couldn’t recommend enough, staff exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They made it pleasurable. Super clean everywhere and the food was delicious. Cannot fault any of our stay. The pool area is nice and peaceful.

Great experience!

The environment is quiet, beautiful view, super convenient padel court. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
The staff is very attentive. I highly recommend!

Excellent rooms: modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and the a la carte breakfast was tasty & luxurious!

Our 1st trip to Italy

Very clean and spacious rooms . Staff was friendly and accommodating from organising transport to our daughter needing plain pasta when neccessary . Pool area is very nice to chill and a pool to accommodate any invidiual from a toddler to an adult . Food was amazing .
