The apartment has plenty of space, has a nice kitchen and air-con in the double bedroom along with air-con in the lounge which is helpful during a hot summer.
Bathroom is ok but no extractor fan so need to leave window open which then lets bugs/mosquitos in to apartment.
There was no wifi in the property, despite trying to get this resolved they tried to use a 4G router which doesn’t work. So struggled for mobile signal and couldn’t watch Netflix etc in the evenings on the tv as no internet.

One down the side, the apartment is street side, so it is noisy from pedestrian and vehicular traffic and especially an access gate.

One fun thing we noticed: everything seemed to be just a 7-minute walk away! Whether it was the ferry, the train station, a restaurant, or the supermarket (which is open 24 hours), nothing was ever more than a 10-minute stroll. The location couldn’t be more convenient.
We felt very safe walking around at any time, day or night. I traveled with my two children and never once felt unsafe — even in the evenings.
We would happily stay at Cavallotti4 again anytime. Highly recommend!

Everything very close to the property, train station , restaurants, bars and shops .
Excellent location that makes it easy to access Como and Como lake areas.
The location was central, and easily reachable on foot or public transport.
The owner/host is so kind and helpful and always ready to help when needed.
And also provided free coffee, biscuits, water, crackers as well in the apartment.
This was a lovely accommodation. Comfortable apartment for a group or family of four.
The experience was amazing. All in all we enjoyed the apartment, and will choose it again when visiting Como again.
Highly recommended.
