Bad experience
An absolutely regrettable experience and totally unbecoming of a 4-star hotel.
We stayed in rooms 108 and 109, both located on the ground floor, and neither of them corresponds to the photographs that the hotel publishes. The rooms are very deteriorated and offer a quality far inferior to what is expected of an establishment of this category. I have been to hotels with fewer stars with infinitely better facilities and service.
In addition, they charged us €5 to park the motorcycle in a space that can hardly be considered a parking lot.
The worst part was the night. From 10:00 PM to 1:00 AM, a group of about 20 people was on the hotel terrace singing, shouting, and playing the guitar, making it impossible to rest. There was no one at the front desk to take charge of the situation, so we had to go out ourselves to ask for quiet. They completely ignored us and the noise continued.
After the stay, I sent an email detailing all the facts, and to this day, I have not received any response. I also called by phone to speak with the manager, Marco, and they only told me that he was not there, without anyone subsequently getting in touch with me.
I have videos and photographs that prove the condition of the rooms, the supposed parking lot, and the noise we had to endure.
The most disappointing thing was not just the condition of the hotel, but the absolute lack of customer service and interest in resolving a totally justified complaint. A 4-star hotel should offer facilities consistent with its category, guarantee the rest of its guests, and respond when a client files a complaint.
I would not recommend it at all.

Bathroom was clean but needs a deepclean, full of green growth in shower. Tons of spiderweb in the ceiling in the room. If you are grossed out of this, this is not s place for you. But good value for money otherwise.

The hotel however was nothing like a 4 star hotel should look like - it is barely 3 stars on a good day. The economy room was damp and had a weird smell, and came with a completely broken bed frame. We were given a premium room instead on a top floor which was better, but still had horrible mold in the shower and clean towels came with disgusting clumps of hair in them. There is no parking at the hotel either despite what the description says.
Do not recommend.
