Amazing hotel and staff

This place is lovely close to the beach and everything the staff here are wonderful go above and beyond very friendly and a nice clean hotel and the food is amazing my fussy 16 year old loved the food nice and quite nice pool and jacuzzi and they rent out electric bikes if you would like to go and explore more witch we did and its a very very beautiful place the staff are amazing and helpful 10 out of 10 for our stay xx

To the sea in autumn

Beautiful experience lived in October when everything is closed or almost, Maurizio and all his staff have been able to make your mini holiday enjoyable and make us feel more than in a hotel in a family thanks to their great experience in the industry, the Service is great and good quality food the cleanliness excellent

Very satisfying family holiday

Chosen from many offers on the internet, we decided to spend our holiday in this hotel on the Riviera Romagnola, after spending years vacationing elsewhere. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the owner Maurizio who immediately put us at ease with friendliness and professionalism. Once in the room, we found a very clean and well arranged room for 4 people. The rest of the hotel I found very nice even if a little vintage, but without big pretensions. The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the kitchen came out very well presented and very delicious dishes in particular the fish dishes of which in a week I got to try a wide choice every day different. The rest all in the norm without any problem. The pool area is well maintained and clean tub included where you can also find a small hot tub. On the outside you can entertain yourself sitting at the many tables. Absolutely not far from the sea, you can find the very well-kept and pleasant beach affiliated to the same hotel. With a few more steps you can get to the center by crossing with the "raft" (paid Service that is not part of the structure) and to the Leonardesco canal port which is one of the most important monuments of the city in which the historic center of Cesenatico stands. Anyway we spent a nice holiday and tried a new experience at the Hotel Gioiello very positive and I would recommend it to anyone.

Never again!

I stayed a week in a single room that had been converted from a double divided into two so quite small. The hotel is dilapidated with old furniture it seemed to be stuck in the 70s. In the bathroom curtain without shower tray then lake at each shower. Light sockets not up to standard, rusty taps and full of limestone. Let's move on to meals: breakfast at 8 o'clock not before, always the same things, if you wanted ham you had to ask for it and they gave you two slices, the hallucinatory bread hard or pulling because mini frozen baguettes that cooked and left there x which became inedible, plus in the evening it was cut into slices and distributed by the waitress as if she were giving bread to the fish. One morning there were mignon cylinders me and other people ate them and we were sick with the belly. No vegetable buffet, a great hurry, everything revolved around the owner who demanded that you go to dinner at 7.45pm and if you were late he would get nervous. I do not know how it is possible that in the Riviera that are all kind there can be such a rude and rude owner, did not greet, did not smile, was not at all welcoming. Even one of his collaborators at the start shouted in our face because we had left the car 5 minutes in between. Never again if I could I would give it 0 stars

August holiday.

Stayed for a week with wife and in-laws, very clean hotel, very kind staff, excellent breakfast, perfect dinner every evening with fish and meat dishes with excellent cuisine thanks to the chef Silvano, the owner Maurizio always available and very kind. What can we say top top. Thanks for having us, Cristiano
