Total relaxation

The strong point of this hotel is the private beach, which is very well maintained and very comfortable. The owner Dagmar was very helpful, a thank you to the whole staff!

HIGHLY DISCOURAGED.

Terrible experience! Highly recommended against, especially for groups!

We stayed at this facility for a children's soccer tournament, and the experience was nothing short of disastrous.
If you are traveling with kids or in a group, I recommend looking elsewhere.
Here are the main points of what did not work:
- Nonexistent cleanliness: the hotel appeared dirty and neglected. The height of indecency was reached at the table where we found cobwebs and pieces of rotten apple inside the bread baskets, along with expired fruit juices, unacceptable for any hospitality establishment.
- Terrible food: the quality of the dining was nothing short of poor, poorly prepared dishes that were unsuitable for anyone, especially for children who had to face days of sports.
- Rude and untrained staff: in response to our legitimate requests or needs, the staff proved completely unprepared to manage a group, as well as being unpleasant and lacking empathy.
A weekend that was supposed to be a celebration for our kids turned into a significant discomfort due to this facility.
For the last two meals that we were entitled to, we decided to go elsewhere.
Of course, everything I am writing was reported to the owner before leaving the facility.

Thanks from table no. 10

First holiday in Romagna with a group of pensioners from the province of Turin. The hotel is located directly on the beach; umbrellas and sunbeds with lots of space around them. The staff were all very available to satisfy our requests regarding food and more. A special thanks to Mrs. Dagmer who, with her kindness and availability, even made up for some municipal inefficiencies (and it was certainly not her place to take responsibility for them)! We will remember the euro hotel with pleasure!

Hotel to forget

I stayed in this hotel from 31 to 2 June with my son's sports team... the welcome was not the best, the room was dirty and the food in the restaurant was poor and the breakfast was not very varied, the table service was very disorganised, the last lunch ran away without having had the second course and the dessert after 1 and 1/2 hours of waiting!!! no comment
