The room and the hotel were perfectly maintained. The staff went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay perfect. The complimentary breakfast was excellent along with great service. The dinner dining experience had great service and excellent food. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cernobbio. The location was beautiful and made for the perfect base to explore Lake Como.
The staff was kind and welcoming, and we especially appreciated how comfortable and relaxing the atmosphere was throughout our stay. The hotel had a charming feel, and we truly enjoyed spending time there.
The breakfast was lovely, and overall the experience made our time in Cernobbio even more special. Thank you for helping create such beautiful memories for our family during our trip to Italy.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again.

for a dinner with friends

Cernobbio, very popular and very touristic place, find a place for a dinner without fear of spending a fortune, place with the possibility of dining out, quiet, friendly service, perhaps a little apprehensive, but available, well prepared dishes, risotto maybe a minute too much cooking, but tasty, clean bathrooms, we got there on foot

A truly delightful place

Short walk (slightly uphill) from the village center, in a very quiet area. Well-kept environment and spotlessly clean. Room (31) spacious and comfortable exposed on two sides and with balcony. All staff are friendly and efficient. I also had a great time at the restaurant, with an excellent perch risotto.
Four small details (if you will negligible, in the face of everything else, but I quote them by way of suggestion) did not entirely satisfy me;
- I found the bedside tables uncomfortable because they were too small and low;
- the elevator is very slow;
- 3.50 for a bottle of microfiltered water seem exaggerated;
- I hate the "bin" on the table at breakfast.
I point out that these are purely subjective opinions that do not in any way affect my overall entirely positive judgment and do not discourage me from strongly recommending this hotel / restaurant.
