You feel to be in the right place

I was there as a stage of Via dei Tusci path, amazing location, 19th centurty building, I slept in the "room Laura", great BELVEDERE in the valley, fine the room an the bathroom is really comfortable.
Some people don't like it , but for me the bar at the floor level is an added value to stay in touch with real people in this Genuine corner of Italy.
And last but not least, Laura and her employees are full of wonderful smiles and positive energy! Thanks.

A éviter si vous aimez le calme et si vous êtes frileux.

Attirant sur les photos mais différent dans les faits. Bar et restaurant bruyants. Prix raisonnables mais à la hauteur des prestations bas de gamme. Chambre non chauffée quand la nuit les températures chutes à 5 degrés début novembre. Salle de bain glaciale. Peu de confort.

Improveable experience but all is not lost!

Unfortunately the room where we stayed had several flaws: the small TV did not receive the classic broadcasters despite the efforts made to tune in, there is no air conditioning and the windows are good to be closed in the evening for the presence of the bar below rather busy, the socket for the fan was not working. However, the staff seems willing and took note of the work needed to improve the service offered and understood the customer's discomfort. I must also give a 10 and praise to the breakfast that was proposed to us, they prepared us fabulous bacon & eggs and a sublime juice and the offer ranges over various other products. In short, breakfast saved the stay.

You can't have your cake and eat it too...

We stayed for one night along the Via dei Tusci path; 19th century building, therefore vintage rooms and furnishings, but in line with the accessible price. Helpful staff but the unacceptable thing is that in the bar below the rooms, which belongs to the same owner, there is a lot of noise until late at night. It is a great lack of respect towards the guests, or the bar or the B&B....

Positive experience

I stayed in this B&B in June during the Tusci walk and returned for one night in August for a motorbike tour. The rooms are very large and clean. The furnishings are simple but functional. There is no air conditioning but by opening the window Mother Nature takes care of cooling everything down. The staff is very nice and very helpful, perhaps in August the bar downstairs was a little crowded for being a ghost town but having the room facing the back the inconvenience of the music wasn't that serious. Music which however stopped at midnight. Unfortunately on both occasions I was unable to dine with them due to weekly closure.
