Very valid structure with various strengths

Excellent structure 10 minutes on foot from the Royal Palace.
Spacious and bright rooms,
Free guarded underground parking.
Friendly and professional staff, and great convenience, attached restaurant - pizzeria (great selection of all excellent pizzas).
Highly recommended for location, convenience, and price-quality ratio.

Disappointment

The actual rating is 3*. A big disappointment. We stayed for 2 nights, from Sunday to Tuesday in June. We couldn’t use the pool because they have events throughout the entire month of June. We only encountered hotel guests on Monday and Tuesday, so it’s incomprehensible why we had to give up relaxing in the garden and using the pool after visiting the Royal Palace. The lounge chairs and garden furniture in the garden were covered in bird droppings.
Regarding the room’s furnishings: The tabletop was dirty, scratched, and grooved. There was no place to charge our phones. The bathroom didn’t have enough towel racks or a magnifying mirror. The walls were moldy, and the finish was unfinished (as shown in the photo).
The Italian-style breakfast consisted only of sweet pastries. There were also mini sausages and scrambled eggs, but no vegetables at all. A few slices of cheap sliced cheese and cold cuts. Other 3-star hotels in Italy offer a generous breakfast. Calling this a 4-star hotel is a huge exaggeration, and it’s not worth the price. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and has a weak signal.

Property including room was dated. Only one (1) electrical outlet and it was below the desk. Shower was super small.
So small it was difficult to turn around in. Breakfast food was poor.

Very nice hotel

The Villa Maria Cristina hotel is a modern establishment located not far from the Royal Palace of Caserta. At first, we had a bit of difficulty getting there because it is located in a small alley with few signs. The location is very beautiful and has a pool and a well-maintained garden. The restaurant inside offers excellent gourmet dishes of high quality, and therefore it is also a bit expensive; and despite being hotel guests, we also had to pay for the cover charge. The parking was in the villa's garage and was free. Our room was quite large and very clean, but it was very hot, and we could hear the noise from the kitchen's exhaust fan right below our room, which was continuous and annoying; it's a shame because the establishment as a whole deserves a lot. The breakfast was average, good and sufficient. The quality-price ratio is fair and balanced, so for us, it was a reasonably good experience.

This is an excellent hotel choice for a stay in Caserta. The staff was very attentive, the rooms were immaculate, and the restaurant food was first class.
