Excellent..

Exceptional property..Ms. Patrizia and her children, together with the rest of the staff, make you feel at home, always attentive to the customer's needs, impeccable cleanliness, high-quality breakfast products, I highly recommend it.

We had an incredible experience at Villa del Borgo. Patrizia and her team were very friendly during our stay, and even though we only stayed one night, we felt that the hotel has soul; every detail is thoughtfully chosen, something we greatly value. The breakfast was wonderful, and the hotel facilities are top-notch. We will definitely return another time!

We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, with a genuine eye for detail that made our stay extra special.
The hotel is family-owned, and you can really feel it. The owner works alongside her two adult children, and they make an outstanding team. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for every guest were among the best we’ve experienced. Their mother must have done something right, they are exceptional young adults who clearly take great pride in what they do.
The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and the bed was extremely comfortable with high-quality sheets and pillows. The pool area was lovely and perfect for relaxing.
It’s a true hidden gem in one of Italy’s most beautiful wine regions. If you enjoy wine, this is the perfect base for exploring nearby vineyards and experiencing the charm of the area. We will definitely be back!

The hidden treasure.

Marriage proposal in a unique location that combines modernity and a taste for design with classic elements, keeping alive a small gem of our territory.
Beyond the fantastic location, the real difference is made by Patrizi, the owner, who has taken care of every single corner of her relais with passion, style, and love for beautiful things!
It is difficult to find a flaw: excellent gluten-free breakfast (very appreciated).
Everything is top-notch!

A gem of relaxation in Canelli.

Arrived at the facility without knowing anything about the place and was fascinated. An old convent adapted into a hospitality structure thanks to a skillful and meticulous conservation and adaptation effort. The stone and brick floors and walls have been maintained and cared for. The interplay between the ancient and the modern is precious without compromising the charm of the place. Patrizia, the owner, knows how to welcome guests in an elegant and cheerful manner, providing all the necessary information, but above all, ensuring her presence and support for visiting and discovering the local attractions. We stayed in the Castello room, perhaps the most beautiful and spacious, an apartment on two levels where the ancient cloister is preserved. The king-size bed is very comfortable and well-maintained, just like the entire room. If one were to find a small flaw, one might mention the lack of privacy in the bathroom, which is nonetheless very spacious and equipped with both a shower and a free-standing tub. The living area is enhanced by a nice pool bathroom that, although small, provides refreshment and relaxation, accompanied by a good cocktail or a glass of high-quality wine. The staff is well-trained and prepared, kind and helpful, in the style that characterizes the owner. The location is very convenient because the center can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, arriving at the doors of two important wineries: Bosca and Contratto, where one can admire the famous "underground cathedrals" a UNESCO heritage site. Definitely recommended.
